Great review! I have the Orange XRT 🤑, most parts from the X-Maxx will fit it too such has wheels/tires(24mm hex rear/17mm front), wheelie bar, and light kits. I just installed all three of those accessories on the XRT. I'm keeping it all stock mostly 🤔I even did the Traxxas 6700mah batts with the Traxxas dual charger. Also Powerhobby has a lot of wheels/tires for the X-Max/XRT such as the Powerhobby Raptor XL Belted Tires / Viper Wheels got them in orange too 😊 Going to Pimp it in Orange,Red and Silver....of course Skin the chassis too (Darkside Studio Arts or RC Skinz)😱 Have a good one!
@@rcreviews9894 I'm going to keep everything stock, except the tires and wing mount. I'll try to be nicer to it than my upgraded Xmaxx. I beat that crap out of of thats RC all the time 😂👍
Thanks brother, more to come with this one, we’ve only scratched the surface, so far I’m impressed, gotta run it with the high speed gearing, I’m chasing that 60mph 😁
Just got the Xmaxx before this came out, think I'd still prefer the monster truck/basher style, but damn that XRT looks fun. Wife ain't letting me spend another $1000 for a while, haha! (but at least now i have the batts and charger)
Yeah the XRT is fun to drive, I think the Xmaxx is gonna be the better all round basher, whereas the XRT excels at speed and overall handling, I think I’m in the same boat, lol, well at least until the holidays🤞
Great points here I’m still on the fence I think traxxas knocked it out of the park just because I prefer more of a basher type rig and I think you can bash the xrt but really it more about handling and stability for this rig and I feel like it will feel closer to 1/8 truggy in it s handling but 5th scale in size in my opinion.
Well I was worried about it driving too much like the Xmaxx and since I already own a Xmaxx I was kinda hesitant but it handles a lot differently imo, it’s locked in on high speed straight aways and you can pretty much gun it on the throttle while making minor corrections if any, you can full throttle into turns and it’s a lot more predictable and easy to control off the ramp, no chassis slap off the ramp either, the suspension is stiff enough to absorb most impacts, although they are similar in some ways, they are definitely different enough to warrant a purchase
It’s kinda hard to explain in a message but if you wanna see a size comparison, check out my unboxing video of the XRT here on the channel or my comparison video with the XRT and the Xmaxx, that will give you a good visual idea of how big it is
@@bradleybass9280 no just your phone, you have to download the app, connect it to your phone via Bluetooth, there are no buttons on the module itself to turn it on, everything is done from the app, once it establishes satellite connection your ready to go, I mount mine using Velcro tape inside the chassis’s of whatever truck I’m running, there are a lot of videos here on YT if you wanna learn more about it👍
Thanks for that nasty comment and deleting it I’ll stick with my losi 5t 2.0 . I still love my erevo 2.0 and all my traxxas cars I want to see size comparison from the 5t and the xrt
U must be a dweeb! If they are buying them that's them but at least they are reviewing them so that we as a customer can make a decision whether we want to buy them or not. I'm glad that they are getting them so we can see what the pros and cons are. Be thankful! Stop trying to find something negative to say and open your eyes and look at these wonderful gift horses!

Traxxas speed on box vs actual speed is 98% always wrong
Yeah, I’m thinking they claim speeds “Up to 60mph” up to is the key phrase here lol 👍
Seems like the only people buying this are RUclipsrs
