Thank u 4 ur effort, Analytic Accounting (AA) is the most important and difficult part for me as I am a technical specialist and not an accountant. because it has been re-designed from scratch in Odoo16 and I felt it became completely different from AA in V15. (e.g: how it works with POS)??????? Nobody has explained it in detail for non-accountant people up to my knowledge.

Do you know how to closing book in end of period, example how to run Depreciation

Closing the financial year can be achieved by adding lock dates for all users. Before that, all the unposted entries of that period need to be posted and all unreconciled entries need to be reconciled. The journal entry for the depreciation of the current year needs to be posted, all other depreciations will be carried forward to the coming year.
