They need aide workers, paper pushers, Healthcare workers, cooks , nurses, doctors, and helping hands from all walks of life.
Also, if you tried hard enough(really not that hard) to get smuggled into Gaza as a WAR FIGHTER for the cause you would be accepted.

Hi. It's devastating, but it's not a war. It's genocide and it's being partially paid for by American tax payers. I think young people are just tired of it all. I think that as long as they don't resort to violence, they should be allowed to express themselves this way. Maybe the government will listen like they did long ago and effectuate some change. College protests helped end segregation in the U.S. and apartheid in South Africa and the Universities allowed such protests. Not sure why they can't protest against Israel 🤔

the protest you talk about did help lead to LBJ not running for office again and in some ways to nixon's downfall (but not directly).at least the protesters did something. it got other people debating the vietnam war. that war made people my age not trust america as we had been raised to be good little soldiers and believe everything your government tells you. when it came out later that we had been lied to the whole time.

Yes college protests in the past have worked but gen z is so uneducated on basic topics and world events and the mindset for real change isn't there if you're not directly affected so I doubt stuff like the rallies on my campus and the stuff we see in this vid are gonna bring about any change. If anything itll just make people more violent

The draft was a BIG motivator for students, but the atrocities their taxes were paying for (napalm, for example) were arguably just as much a motivator.
Divestment. That’s what the students want. Students absolutely are affected when students tuition and endowment funds are used to fuel the war.

No one can even explain how it is legal to arrest people who are peacefully protesting at public universities. The private universities can claim trespassing, but public universities are public land. This appears to be the mask coming off of the idea that we have rights in this country, with the government not even needing to offer an explanation as to how they are doing this in a country where we have an explicit right to peacefully organize in public spaces.
