Hey mate thanks for the question, I’m normally riding steep mountains and I’m finding it pretty good especially now the auto mode is tunable but they could definitely allow more tuning

Gawd. Such a cool bling packed bike. EMTB's have taken spending out to even higher levels. No matter what you bought last year it is severely outdated this year.
Awesome bike! Is the bottom bracket height in the mullet set up the same as in the 29 version? And finally, did you notice like other riders did, that flex in the rear? Keep up the good work
Thanks Rider! Yes with the high and low flip chip gives a very similar BB height in 29 and mullet setting. I’m 83kg and I haven’t notice a bit flex 💪 if anything I found the bike too stiff when pushed with carbon everything, after my upgrade I’m super happy when pushing it hard

@SamsBikes Thank you Sam, I am going with a similar set up on the bike too
you ve done exactly what i though when it first came out. Love it but needs a 170mm 38 and a decent coil. interested to know what the weight is with the upgrades? guessing around 22kg now?
@@SamsBikesnice one and great to see the build. Riding a sam2 at the moment and I love the feel of a DH type rig but would love to drop some weight and get some fun back into it. Interesting to see that the new evil eeb will be using dji. Do you think many other manufactures will move over to the system?
Nice bendy frame with a 38😂. This bike, Amflow is primarily a portal for demonstrating what DJI has to offer OM brands. Its kinda like a Concept design.
Nice setup! Sam, how would you compare this Amflow trailduro setup to "real" enduro emtb like Strive ON, does it beat strive on in real enduro terrain?
I think I'm going to wait for the Forbidden DJI bikes. I was tempted by the Amflow but the tall seat tube to reach ratio is just a little too antiquated for me.
The rated continuous output will still be 250W no matter what the peak output will be. Look at the specs. 85Nm with 600w vs 105Nm vs 1000w You’ll get a short term Boost and exactly (250W nominal as divulged by DJI) power after SOME minutes. Use your brain to evaluate the manufacturer’s hot points. Can the current battery tech survive this high discharge rates? Nope. Buy an alcohol fuelled dragster if you are willing to compare.
Sam great video. I am trying to figure out how much vertical m would you make if you would use the same assistance like bosch tour gen4? Probably equivalent would be eco? Thanks
Do not use wet chain lubes that attract abrasive dirt. Dirt will get in there and wear out sprockets and chain. Hot Waxing chain works lots better not attracting abrasive dirt. I hot wax my chain twice per year.
@SamsBikes I've found i smash rear mechs a lot more with a mullet set up, I guess the derailleur just hangs that little bit lower. Trying axs this year to hopefully have some more reliability and robustness.
Hey Sam, can you please tell me what the assistance percentage is on the motor, I currently ride a Levo comp alloy which is 410% this is important to me as I have compromised lungs and need the extra %. Cheers mate😃🤙
What’s the weight of your build? How would you compare it to Levo Gen 3? Is it worth upgrading considering I don’t really need more power but I don’t want to go less either. Especially on the range and downhill abilities.
Total weight of my TrailDuro is 22.6kg. How does it compare to my Levo Gen 3, Amfow is better at going up and Levo is better at going down both amazing bikes
Thanks man! Appreciate your reply. So if going up isn’t the priority, you wouldn’t recommend getting the Ampflow? I’m looking for an alternative to Levo: a bit lighter (20-21 kg), a bit more travel but same power / range. For now I just don’t see any contenders. IMO Levo is still an amazing bike besides maybe it ruining shocks 😂
Do you feel the weight difference between them? My Levo Expert with proper gravity casing tires weights about 24,5kg. I think that 2 kg isn’t worth of an upgrade but I’d appreciate your take on the handling of booth bikes.
Awesome as always Sam but I need some help / advice. Bought Albert ultra soft front in trail and soft gravity rear but the drag is horrendous it feels like there is a Bungie pulling me back. This is on my levo comng off stock setup tires on Roval Traverse HD 240. I expected weight to increase but not this drag. I’ve heard you need to increase tire pressures. Is this correct?
Thanks Rick, sorry to hear that on the Albert’s I’m so used to Magic Marys so I don’t really notice drag. So you could try and go up 10% tire pressure and see how that feels. In theory the radial construction gives you 30% more contact area so you can go up tire pressure quite a bit maybe have a play around with it and see how it affects the drag
@ I’ll give it a go with the pressure so if it helps. The weight going from the eliminator rear to the Albert gravity it did take me by surprise. Always ran schwalbe on my other bike but in trail casing so thing once worn I’ll be switching to trail from gravity
I’m running Albert’s fr and re on both my ebike and dh bike. Absolutely love them. But yes you should definitely go up in pressure. I noticed a huge difference and benefit when doing so.
I've been using Albert's ultra soft front and rear since the release, and I'm completely in love with them. My favorite tires so far. Haven't tried the new Magic Mary yet. I'm using same tire pressure than any other with similar casing.

Hey Kevin the motor is a beast and the bike is good totally get you on Chinese carbon frame but so far so good 😊 I’ve been riding it hard for 6 months and no fails so far
Sam, the length of the derailer cage depends on the number of speeds that you’re cassette has not the size of your wheel. You’ve been doing this channel for long enough that you should know these simple things.

The best Part i like is the Price.
