Posting a big up for all the guys at Bristol Angling center. 42 years in the making and gone in a blink of the eye. I have used this place for many many years, prior Veals in old market. Its sad to see another go south. I wish all the staff members good luck inyour search for further employment and a big thank u for all the help and advice, am sure i can say that on behalf of all your customers. Good luck guys john
@@TheFishingBloggers Well I know it was due to retirement. And as have I done same. It was sad to see that due to whatever reason that no one bought the business. That's my point. Am I going to Angling direct. No Sir they can jog on
It's nice to see a good exchange with a fishing neighbour when they snag each other . Pleasantries get you much further than a slanging match that can ruin a day for both parties . Well done all bagging up .
We take our fishing seriously, but at the same time see that we are there to enjoy it. Getting angry and annoyed over something simple like this is pointless, it’s only fishing. Re-rig and go again! 😊
@@TheFishingBloggers working with the neighbour has benefits if the fish are there . Great vid again lads. Top prize for the Autumn could be a 24hr sesh along with you both at a venue you pic . Just a thought
Valid comments about the shorter rods. I have 10fter's in 3 and 3.5, been using them a few years and I hardly ever use my 12's now as I just find them a bit clumsy and awkward. The 10's are able for most jobs, including deadbaiting in winter.
awsome video guys🎣 congrats on 10k subs👏 what made you try inline leads korda latest video? have you tryed the cog system? i love catfish also my pb 42lbs
Thanks mate. I’ve not watched the Korda video. I switched to inlines on this session as it’s a clear lakebed and I thought we’d have a few and I’m sick of leads dropping off when they don’t need to! I used Inlines all the time in the 90s but since the development of the lead clip, it’s more versatile so always used one.
A big shout to Tony Campbell owner of the islands carp fishery for taking on the management of shearwater aswell so it remains open, longleat Estate lakes next 😂🤔
Great watch well done
Thank you 🙏

Yes, it’s a shame to see so many shops going but Bristol Angling closed for different reasons to most. Money talks 💰

It was nice to see you get stuck into a carp, especially with it being your birthday, tight lines and happy birthday my m8 🎣🐟🎣🐟👍

We are fortunate to own several sets of rods, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 we have the lot! That’s said the 9&10s get the most use as they are so versatile!
Awesome vid as always good to see I'm not the only that gets Gabriella aka breams can come true

Didn’t know that’s who manages the fishery now. Such a shame longleat has gone, loved fishing over there - especially for the MONSTER perch!
Sad
What?
