A very good representation of Northumberland Park Depot and lines leading into Seven Sisters. I am currently a train operator on the Victoria Line. Worked on the 67 stock and now 09 stock. Staff shuttles are the only time that you get to see daylight as you are in tunnels most of the shift. Timetable changes have cut some of the staff shuttles to accommodate more trains on the line. Cab layout for 73 stock is accurate as well
@@robert1200 Always auto unless we have signal problems or train dosen't know where it is. It's a rarity We normally drive in slow speed until it does re-locate itself
@@fts_bha its manual driving in the depot to the outlet signal then we can change to auto running to and from seven sisters. We can drive in manual to the platform if we want to or when we are being observed in training
Yup, nowadays Victoria is Bombardier Movia '2009' stock - prior to that it was 1967 stock. 1967 stock was basically the same as the Bakerloo lines 1972 stock but 8 carriages long not 7 and driven with ATO instead of manually. 1973 stock is used on the Piccadilly line.
Couple things to note: 1. For Stop At instructions, once you stop at the target and you see the time bar on the HUD start to load, do not move the train and keep the brakes on until the time bar fills and disappears, or else you fail the instruction (7:42, 9:56, 18:08). Also you don't really have to open your doors for Stop At instructions. That may eat up time that you might need later in the scenario (13:42). 2. At 21:55, you missed a whistle sign, but you were reading the manual...lol 3. At 31:32, you ran a red light. But they should have warned you about that, maybe...but then you reversed back to the light, it was still red, and you ran it again...lol 4. At 35:05, when you're in that view, if the blue line does not continue past a switch, the switch is set against you. That's why they denied your request to pass the red light, and that's why you derailed. Other than all of this, great viewing! It's good to see more subway content being made for TS. All I can think of is the Frankfurt U-Bahn and London Underground Metropolitan Line and District Line.
Thank you for you’re advice I am pretty sure I explain all the actions the reason I sound unsure is this has been set up differently to a standard train sim route hence why I was unsure. This route is set up in the style of London Underground rule which trainsim doesn’t really understand so I was reading the manual and checking. The reason I ran the red at the end was due to me thinking this may be a call on signal hence why I said that in the video hope this helps cheers mate
Also half of Circle and H&C, and little bit of Jubilee. There are also a couple of Central line stations, so the only line not touched at all is the Northern.
@@djoufra Just Trains Metropolitan line has the aldgate to baker street stretch. Virtual District Line has gloucester road to edgware road. and Just Trains Western Mainlines has a tiny bit, Paddington to westbourne park
I love this. I agree though that the tunnels should be darker but actually I quite like that they're lit up a bit. I've seen cab views of Underground services and the tunnels are basically pitch black and that could take out a lot of the experience so I enjoy that it's been brightened up. :)
Can I just point out that the Victoria Line on the Underground used '67 stock before the new '09 stock please? I have a family member that drives on that line and been on both stock. Also can you pass on that the button layout in the cab needs to be looked at as currently incorrect? When doing a Staff train, they usually display a Severn Sisters blind with a diamond at the end of it. However I do look forward to being able to play this one myself and love the train to depot controller audio they have put in. Apart from my points above they have done really well.
@@numberhunter9179 No worries, there were quite a few stock released either side of it, so easy to get them muddled up :) The 67 always just sticks in my mind because of the groundbreaking ATO they added to it

You've even nailed the posture.

Do you guys ever get to drive manually on the main Victoria Line, or do you always run automatic?
@@robert1200 Always auto unless we have signal problems or train dosen't know where it is. It's a rarity We normally drive in slow speed until it does re-locate itself
Do you have to drive manually from the depot all the way into Seven Sisters or is ATO available after the depot and before the station?

Why is that train using a Piccadilly line interior 😫
Aidan Ral unfortunately it is a Piccadilly line train. There is no Victoria Line train in the game at the moment.
This route doesn't come with a proper train, as it takes a long while making train. Therefore, the author(s) had to use a freeware train.
