Hi Alek I watch some of your work. Very interesting my friend 🙏 I have a question maybe u can help. When in bleaching we put sulferic acid, there is a residue in the button. Do u know what is the content of it AND WHY does it happen?
The acid acts like coagulant, and reacts with bitumen, polymers and gum that fuel contains, then all these components are depositing to the walls and bottom of the container, the mix also containing a lot of acid and can be used for another reaction. After the reaction and settling - fuel should be transferred into another container for further treatment, with alkali or absorbent.
Once oil is processed, it settled for a few days, then transferred into a separate container and some silica gel added, then after three days filtered and used strait for diesel engine, but you can mix with normal diesel.
There is almost no pressure, but the temperature is very high. Also, it is not just a tank, but the combination of different vessels within each other. Thus I suggest you need to familiarize yourself with instruction first.

Hi, output usually about 80%, though depends on the oil type, an automatic transmission fluid will easily give 95% output. The 6kw unit will do about 20L per hour, and again depending on oil type and distillation temperature. Also temperature of distillation will affect the quality and odor, the lower the temperature the better the quality and odor of the output. And again - the quality of final result will determine a treatment method, either absorbent and settling, or sulfuric acid and triethanolamine.
All depends, it is possible to build out of scrap metal, so I think anyone can build relatively cheap, though heating elements will cost, anyway I do not know the cost of materials at your place.

В общем для успешного испарения базового масла (соляровой фракции) температуру приходится поднимать выше 410с. а выше 440с начинается пиролиз.

Нет, когда парит она не горячая, это холодная несконцетрировавшаяся взвесь, просто был небольшой недочёт в холодильнике, потом вшы исправил, а так если контейнер прикрытьмокрой тряпкой то эта взвесьоседает и осртаётся в контейнере превращаыясь в жидкость, вони от неё нет, но не путайте с дымом при пиролизе.
