Dedicated hot rodder hears an engine start up while at his desk and sets record time for getting into the garage. Car builder/camera guy is involved.Thankfully some things never change. Another great video. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing, brings back memories of my first car when I was a teenager it was a 51 Chevy Deluxe Coupe with the 216 that did not last to long after I got done with it, I ended up swapping in a 235 out of the scrap yard. 😎
Hints for a successful project: 1. Keep the videos coming. The more detail and the less time between episodes , the better. 2. Forget about background music or fake drama. You are grownups and so are Hemmings’ customers. 3. Every once in a while throw us a bone and tell us what something costs. If you have a reason for preferring a part for other than cost-let us know why we should choose it also. 4. Junior is a delight! I earned a Master Mechanic certification with what was then NIASE back in 1978. I learn something new from Junior on every build. Bravo!
Interesting- you did not want to pay the money for the upgraded manifold. How much was the difference in price? Do you need to do a Go Fund Me for this project?

That is an awesome big block street six. You’re a wizard Jr.
Good stuff. Love to see this thing get running. Wondering how the driveshaft got solved
Beautiful
But...The interesting part would have been the passenger side motor mount.
Looking forward to dyno numbers after you get the 4bbl installed.
Soooooooo cool!!

I'm building a 1200 HP 6-71 blown/nitrous 292 for my drag and drive 53 Chevy pickup.
