  • In A Violent Nature Director Chris Nash Breaks Down A Kill Scene that had to be changed for the film, the most challenging kill scene to film, Friday the 13th and working with Lauren Marie Taylor, creating a new horror icon Johnny and MUCH more in this exclusive interview with Pop Culture With Pat!
When a locket is removed from a collapsed fire tower in the woods that entombs the rotting corpse of Johnny, a vengeful spirit spurred on by a horrific 60-year old crime, his body is resurrected and becomes hellbent on retrieving it. The undead golem hones in on the group of vacationing teens responsible for the theft and proceeds to methodically slaughter them one by one in his mission to get it back - along with anyone in his way.
Have you seen In A Violent Nature? What was your reaction to the Yoga Kill Scene and was that your favorite one from the film?

Cool you were able to get an interview with the director. I haven't seen the film yet, but thanks for the details in advance. Good to hear his thought process on those scenes.

Thank you, a really cool interview that should have been longer! This is a great movie. A classic slasher concept in its purest form, turned into something fresh and unique. Everything is recognizable, yet with a twist. And that log splitter scene... my blood just froze watching that horror unfold:) Keep up the great work, I'm going to watch the rest of your content right now!

Movie was fantastic!!! I really hope to learn more about the origins and backstory of Johnny. Hope for more and Mr Nash. Really a throwback to every slasher movie of the 80's and not just Friday the 13th
