Short rolling Ground ball towards me, I chased it down, my second baseman cut to first, I threw it no look behind the back, my 1st baseman caught it bare handed, OUT!... The only difference between me and Brandon Phillips is he gets highlight videos and I almost had to run laps...

Been a Reds fan all my life,44 yrs and Morgan is a HOF'er but Phillips is the greatest defensive second baseman in baseball history,i watch every game every year and he makes plays like these on a daily basis. Wish they would have let him retire a Red.
As a Cincinnatian i love the Reds but i stopped watching baseball when DatDude BP left. He was so exciting to watch. And always had a great attitude and smiled constantly. He got into it once with jadier molina i think it was from St. Louis but Molina was a punk.

Maybe he doesn't go down as one of the greatest second basemen of all time , but he certainly has one of the greatest highlight reels of all time.
