Michael Larson's run wasn't luck. It was memorization and timing. With how far technology has come in 35 years, I don't think anybody will ever repeat what he did.
A few things I’ve noticed: - No Move One Space and only two +one spin spaces in round 1... looks like they’re trying to keep that round moving as quickly as possible. - Across the Board and Pick a Corner are back. - Sadly, Pick a Corner is still broken: one of the values for square 1 is $3000, while one of the values for square 15 is $3500 + One Spin. You’d think in 2019 it’d be a simple matter to make PAC work. 🤦♂️ - On that note, did they SERIOUSLY manage to break Move One Space? Then again, the $25000 space leads me to believe that it’s a non-standard round, so I guess we’ll see. - Lot of weird values, especially in round 1. $1505, anyone? - TWO WHAMMIES in R2 square 16! That’s just mean. - No Lose 1 Whammy space to be seen yet. - Whammy graphics don’t appear to be static between board shuffles. - They brought back the fade transition, which is a nice touch. Overall, some of these mind-bogglingly stupid board design choices (seriously, you somehow managed to BREAK M1S?!) have me worried that the team behind this revival has no idea what it’s doing. Hopefully, they only stick around for the first few episodes and get ironed out later in the run, because otherwise I’m getting serious Ludia PYL vibes, and that’s not a good thing.
I prefer Todd Newton hosting this honestly because he's the secondary face of Press Your Luck, and this new host doesn't come close to being one of the top faces of this show.
Funny enough, I was thinking the same thing, since he always has that passion for hosting game shows. However, it's nice enough to see a woman host a game show, since we don't see too many of those, from time to time.
I don’t know whether to be sad or to laugh wow!!! We really have ran out of ideas and people rather enjoy the nostalgia, be sedated than create something new awesome. Cool 😎
I'd say while we have run out of ideas this is one revival that I am happy to see return because it gives me a chance to be on the show as sadly, I was born about three months before the original show went off the air and Whammy aired and got canceled before I was old enough to be on a game show.

Even Family feud cannot fake the winner like this show. Ms or Mrs Banks, i have not googled in a long time, give up this show as it is easily influenced.
