  • In this brief glimpse into my identity crisis, I reveal the one secret that ended this 15-year-long crisis after years of low self-esteem, eating disorders, shaving my head, floating in confusion, trying multiple career paths and failing at 3 business all before the age of 27.
This is part 1 of a series I'm creating on pivotal moments of my life. I hope by sharing these vulnerable experiences and lessons, I will help you feel seen, understood and support your journey to inner-peace, clarity and the biggest, most exciting life possible.

Heather, thank you for sharing your experience. I can relate in so many ways and i know how that can feel. I still struggle with my body/food today. I feel like i am the healthiest i have ever been in regards to body image/food yet it still effects me. Yes! Having compassion, gentlness, and care does make the world of a difference for me too and i am so glad that has supported you. ❤

I got pretty thin too in college/maintained a pretty low weight throughout most of my adult life. The minute I stopped running every day (after having kids/post-COVID) the weight came piling back on because my metabolism was so dang slow. I lost some of that weight... not all, but most of all I taught myself to speak kindly to myself even on those days when I feel bloated/maybe overdid it on the carbs :)

Sending you so much love!! Yesss, I’m so glad you’ve been able to find kindness for yourself through all of it. We are aok always doing the best we can in every moment and we are always beautiful, valued and loved at any weight, no matter what our external appearance looks like. Also, congrats on being a mom! How is that going?! Do you have multiple kids?

@@heathercorwyn Thank ya! I have 2 kids, a 4 and 7 year old. I haven't slept much in the past 7 years lol... that doesn't help with the weight thing but the way I see it is now my body is a giving body, whereas before it was just kind of for show. I'm especially
grateful now for all the things my body can do :)

@@justpeachy4393 awww yea I’m sure! From being a full-time nanny for a few years in my 20s, I’ve noticed with multiple moms I’ve worked for, the hardest part of being a new mom is the lack of sleep. It gets better once they get older, but I feel for ya! Managing stress is SO important for moms - I hope some of my meditations and videos can help you with some of that 🫶🏻🥰
