I did your 31 days kali challenge. I liked it. I am in for 1 drill a day for 10 weeks! Lets get started!
I just built myself a kali station using old tires tied to a tree. Also the kids have been wanting to move more. This series would be the best way to make us all move and build discipline !

Hi Paul 😁me again. I find this drill a day a much better workout for me than the 31 day challenge. I followed that one until the "flow" days and then just lost motivation because I find them difficult at my level. I am back to do this drill a day again and gain expertise this time. I'm glad to see that you have some more students trying this out :) As always, thank you!

Got my kali stix today because your channel convinced me to do kali drills. I'm a jo man usually, but kali is too good not to embrace. As we say here in Australia with kali there 'is no bullshit'.
