"It's okay to like things! Listen, listen, okay: We've been on this Earth for a long time and a lot of people have written a lot of dumb stories about a lot of stupid shit. It doesn't have to be original to be fun." One of the most beautiful and perfect sentiments I've heard randomly in any RUclips video ever. Thanks Lawrence. Also, though it's a year and a half late, the film James was looking for was 'Rashomon', Kurosawa's MasterWork, though rarely recognized outside of film and storytelling circles.
Seriously Adam you should have your own show where all you do is talk about halo lore, love to here more of you knowledge on halo since I have only read like three books so far.
You don't have to die in the beginning, you can skip the enemies pull the lever go up the ladder go to hunters dream and pick up your stuff like you normally do. for the boss you don't have to fight and die in order to level you need atleast one insight which one can be found in the sewers go to hunters dream than level up. This is coming from someone who has never played a from softwork game before. I simply refused to die my friends told me I had to die in the beginning, and I told them no I refuse to die.
Expecting someone to know that without doing any research, therefore without knowing what the hunters dream is, and without knowing how to even get a starter weapon is ridiculously unreasonable. Unless you're remarkably talented or are reading guides or taking some sort of advice, you are expected to die in Bloodborne. Although it's technically true that you don't "need" to die at the beginning, you simply cannot expect someone to survive the entire beginning of the game(up to and including the Cleric) without a death on their first play-through when they don't know any of those previously mentioned things. And if you never died and did it all without any assistance of any kind... Good for you?
GR4V1T0N While I do, mostly, agree with you I have to state that someone with experience from other Souls titles or someone that have been told that Souls games are hard but feasible without dying (for the most part), would be able to guess that they can get their gear withoutdying and in fact level up by doing something in the game to unlock it. This does not necessarily mean that they do guess it, but it is not completely unthinkable. Now the next thing is, and it is up to debate how it could be done: They “force” kills new players, and I believe they do it to introduce you to the mechanics of the game. You are expected to die a lot, but don’t worry it is not a defeat that you can’t overcome, in fact you will probably learn from your deaths and therefore it doesn’t matter if you rush in or take it slow and steady, both type of players will progress, but the latter will probably die less than the former. By dying at the first enemy, you are introduced to the hub/Hunter’s dream faster than if you run/kills every enemy to the first lamp.By finding (and then dying to) the Cleric Beast you are introduced to the mechanic of insight and the fact that you can level up once you have gained insight (and perhaps insight will play a bigger role in the game, but I haven’t gone that far in the game to say if it will or not). However, if you have explored Yharnam before finding the boss you may already have realised that insight is an important mechanic to the game. In addition, the first boss experience you have tells you to beware of rushing in to bigger open areas withno enemies, since a boss will probably spawn there. It tries to teach the player to be more cautious. That is might thought of why From Software choose to do as they do, but I could be wrong and there could be better alternatives to the system, but I do not find it completely illogical or unfair. Sorry for the wall of text
I think it's awesome how much you guys show appreciation for fan art. Definitely means a lot to the fan base and shows that you guys care! Also, new office tour coming soon?
I would like to see a few videos with just Adam (and perhaps Lawrence) discussing Halo. Adam clearly has some interesting ideas about the franchise, but the other guys aren't that interested - it would be great to hear his thoughts without them interrupting him.
I'd love to see a weekly episode where Adam talks about Halo, Bruce talks about Battlefield, James talks about his favorite series, and Lawrence talks about his favorite. One episode from each of them monthly would be great. Scheduling could be every Wednesday, along side the podcast. I loved this podcast because you could see how much Adam loved talking about Halo, and how even Lawrence got into the discussion. I'd even be willing to pay monthly to see this series, please consider it!
Would like to hear Adam's whole explanation of Halo.. I know the interjections are all in good fun but would still like to hear the story of Halo through Adam :)
These are the only pod-casts that I can watch start to finish, because I genuinely enjoy hearing what the 4 of you have to say. Joel's Jewish so he doesn't count as a person.
I love you guys, I'm just happy you're still on RUclips, being yourselves and loving it, making great content for us to laugh at and enjoy with you! Thank you!
at 15:26 you finally see adams heart breaking apart he wanted bruce just to be an adult for him for once in this and bruce wouldn't do it for adam :( dont worry adam i am listing to you and you can tell me all about halo
Sadly we were tricked and the advertisement was complete bullshit. Chief and Locke actually join teams and fight Cortana who now is about to destroy the universe, or might not
Bruce and James, as much as I love you guys, fuck. Trying to listen to Adam talk about something as you shout over him get's a tiny bit annoying. Judging by his face he might feel the same way ;)
I love Funhaus and all their stuff when they were IG as well but this is the first video I've seen that you guys have done that I couldn't finish. Constantly interrupting and talking over each other is kind of irritating to listen to, especially when I want to hear what sound like serious opinions on the upcoming Halo game. Every time someone was trying to give a serious analysis or opinion they were interrupted. It just got old fast for me. I'm all for the comedy but at least give each other an opportunity to finish a thought so you can have a coherent conversation about the podcast topic.
Jon Diaz This was the first time that i felt like i wasted an hour of my life on one of their pod casts... This has never happened before but good grief this podcast was way too annoying.
I just want to let you guys know that I think you're awesome. I've come over to this channel from watching roosterteeth videos. I think you guys are doing awesome for what you have, and I love your guys' videos, and I especially love how much recognition you give your fans. Power to you, and great job so far. Can't wait to watch more.
I sympathize with you Adam. It's really weird how differently I think about Halo when I'm alone as compared to how I think about it when I'm around my friends. I think it's so much more awesome than I lead my friends to believe I do.
People making fun of others due to their lack of skill in a game is indeed annoying. However constantly complaining about a game that people like is obviously annoying as well. Your constant criticism and dismissive attitude to the souls series(some justified, some not) is what opens you up to people bitching back. By no means should you praise it if you feel it doesn't deserve it, but at the very least expect retaliation to what people perceive as attacks on what they like. Criticism is welcomed, complaining is a different matter.
I think the videos or podcasts where adam is alone in a room talking about halo would be pretty great, simply because halo is the bomb, adam is the bomb, and the comedy of such a video/podcast actually existing would be worth putting out at least one just for the heck of it.
They're wrong about the insight collecting. It's complex and kind of hard to get imo. But james "scripted death " was still incorrect. Understandable, yet still fallacious, but I still love you guys. But I do agree a lot of us souls fans like to flaunt our games. At least they didn't get bugged bosses, but it's a niche game that I happen to love, like how I love you guys.
***** His hang up in what James said is that it is a "Scripted" event. If something is scripted then no matter how good you do in the fight, no matter how much damage you do the enemy never dies (in this case boss related). At that point all you are doing is delaying the inevitable since the boss is unkillable. But if you can kill it, if you are good enough, then it's not scripted. The odds may be heavily against you and is incredibly unlikely, but if it dies after losing all its health...it's not scripted. Bit of technicality there.
I wana know why everyone tried to fight it. Sure it had low health but i chose to ran from the werewolf thing in the beginning. I got to the lamp without dieing but that scenario doesn't really make me gud huh?
You bring up a good point of intentional and the definition of scripted, but because 98% players die from it doesn't mean they intended it to be so. They intended you to die IF you fought the beast, but leaving the door wide open, one can surmise they intended for you to run, which is just as possible. Like wih the first asylum demon , you're intended to run, not die. Even if 98% of new players do die, they tell you to escape , like how they give you the sprint button before that encounter with the beast. And a forced description of scripted somewhat redundant , as scripted is forced. It's part of the game , like dying to the bag guys. This is not nearly as scripted as you can just run from it. What is scripted is the first trip to the dream, by death or retreat.
***** You're contradicting yourself. Intentional difficulty doesn't mean intentional impossibility which is a scripted event. It adheres to the script. Derpderp.
You guys are doing exactly what you should do with your shows simply because you're doing what you want to do and your being who you are regardless of what people think. Don't stop believin' gentlemen
As someone who has played Halo occasionally, I've never really learned too much about the story. But some of the things Adam described seem extremely interesting. You guys should do a video of Adam basically just explaining the story of Halo for any people who have never played it or don't know the story. I'd watch it!
They can't do it because they don't have the machinima steam account which means they would have to pay with they're own Money every time they download a game
rinj ii I gotta feeling half of them wont work and they run through like 2/3 if not more per video. perhaps people will send more, but to be honest I don't know anyone who even uses demo disc anymore...the one they are using are of oooold games for the most part. so, I hope you're right.
I still need to buy Master Chief Collection. I take it they've fixed a lot of the bugs and matchmaking with multiplayer? That's the only thing that kept me from jumping on it before.
The game is great for campaign, it's the entire saga in one disc. The multiplayer did get a lot better, but it isn't great. Halo 1 MP is awesome, Halo2 MP is awesome, Halo 3 & 4 bare bones are both good, but my beef is I cannot fully customize the armor. That's why I loved 3 & 4's multiplayer on top of the gameplay. It was very personalized. If you are buying this game, you are buying this for only The Halo Campaigns and coop. Multiplayer should be taken as an good add on.
Strongest Link Yeah. That's the only thing I was wondering. I mean, I'm definitely going to pick it up for the campaign, but I was just curious at how everyone's experiences with the multiplayer has been. From what I've gathered, it's very hit or miss. I think I'll pick it up if it ever goes on sale.
Matthew Dolby The main problem with multiplayer is that they aren't updating playlists, same crap that 343 did with Halo 4. So far the only ranked playlist is their anniversary H2 section. 4 months after release, H2, H3, and H4 ranking is "coming soon" according to 343 ._. Campaign was working 100% fine for me on release, still is. What's so good about campaign this time around is that 343 implemented a speed running leaderboard. There are also achievements for H2 which never had them. So even campaign has a competitive aspect. Honestly if it wasn't for that, I would have gotten bored of the MCC while it was broken. I'd go your route and buy it when it goes on sale, I doubt they'll update and add 1-50 ranking before it goes on Games for Gold.
Halo 2 was my personal favorite. But maybe that's just because it made up most of my playtime of the entire series. Halo CE: AWESOME Halo 2: SUPER JUMPS?! Halo 3: Pretty good. Halo ODST: they said they weren't making anymore halo Halo Reach: wtf... Halo 4: A new developer? What?
I still havent finished Halo 1 or 2... and recently my old xbox rather bit the dust by not opening the disc tray anymore... guess im never gonna finish em :(
I really hope you guys make more podcast. I'm the type of person who likes to work at midnight and your podcast is like my LIGHTHOUSE and guided me many nights. I'm not fluent in English but I really enjoy hearing your voices. KEEP ON THE GOOD WORK GUYS!
I MUST CLARIFY ON SPOOLE'S BEHALF! His rule has been my life once you tweak it to £1 per hour, which is much more reasonable than $1 per hour since the pound is so much stronger. You've all grossly misunderstood how it works. Clearly, you owe no one any money for playing a game for more hours than the price you bought it. How the idea works is this: you have only so much money with so many games to buy. It is assumed that a game you buy will be fun for you, or you shouldn't buy it. You all talked about whether a 100 hour awful game is better according to Spoole than a 15 hour fantastic game, but you've missed the point. Of the games that specifically you would find fun, you should either buy a game that will last for a long time or wait for a game to be cheap. For example, I played Bioshock Infinite when it became free on PS Plus. It's a very easy and good ideal to follow by evaluating the opportunity cost of each game, and if everyone followed that rule, game publishers would be forced to either add more fun content to justify £40 or $60, or they would lower their prices. Have I explained it in a more convincing way?
*Who the fuck is "Matt Peake"* After all these years of following you guys i still have no idea who this man is. What does he do? Can you guys answer this for me? Or even better, unchain Matt from his desk and bring him in a video
It aggravated me that some people can't always understand your guys' humour and your 'bit' on the internet... I just want to say everything you guys do is brilliant and most of us who watch your videos love you guys for what you do and who you are. Keep it up dudes you deserve a lot more!
Normally I love the way you guys do you videos but it was actually pretty damn annoying when everyone was just talking over each other in this one. It is perfectly ok for you guys to have an actual discussion without losing your shit every 10 seconds. Remember this is just my opinion though I expect to be flamed for it none the less.
I think you guys are great. Watching your videos is a highlight in my day. I get all the jokes and understand the bits that you do, please don't ever change that just because some people don't understand. Your great at what you do.
I'm one of the many huge halo fans and this podcast made me cry with laughter. I am on board with the lore behind the franchise but what Bruce and James were saying at the start made my day. Keep up the hilarious and entertaining job :)
A video with Adam and Lawrence talking about the Halo history and story would be awesome. They picked up on a lot of details and lore I didn't even notice.
Fun Haus guys, a hardware tip / fix: The logitech k400r keyboard / keypad that you use is really sensitive to line of sight obstructions. I had to move my receiver to the front of the PC / on top of desk to get better reception. Even crossing your legs in front of the keyboard pisses it off. A person in front of it might be the source of your problems during the podcast. Hope that helps.
I came in at the end of Inside Gaming so I guess I don't have a lot of room to talk, but I feel like the whole crew is happier now as Funhaus than they were Inside Gaming. I love these guys, I love the podcasts, demo disk, etc. Always will support you guys
i think one of the things about the Soul series is that in many ways its daring you to give up. its never straight out unfair or cheap in and of itself but it does create situations which could be called "bullshit" if compared to other modern games that usualy give you all you need to succeed without asking too much of the player. its a challenge, and one that isnt even as unfair as people make it out to be. Die, learn, adapt, simple enough concepts if you take em to heart. sure, there are parts i absolutely hate (the swamps in the first Darksouls for example or the chariot boss in the second one) but it never feels unbeatable, it just smacks you upside the head whenever you feel complacent. if you think falling off the same platform 50 times will break me game, then youre dead wrong! i will beat you as youre family watches and despairs! also, its a really solid RPG, so theres that. its rare to find a game nowadays that just lets you loose and expects you figure it out for yourself. reminds me of baldurs gate in some ways actually and getting to the next challenge and beating it becomes its own reward.
Maybe not every week, but I genuinely would want to see you guys (possibly just Adam) talk about everything that happens in the Halo franchise and discussing all the little things that I'd have missed or people wouldn't know. I found it interesting, don't know about others though.
I want to swoop in and rescue Adam, take him to a safe, quiet place - but totally in public that way its not weird - and go, "Ok, explain Halo to me, because I skipped that part of high school, and then we'll share Star Wars stories."
Can we please have a dedicated video that is just Adam explaining Halo, I've played Halo 1,3,ODST,Reach,4 and wars. I enjoyed all but the back story that is throughout it is amazing. Hearing this from Adam (uninterrupted) would be awesome!
I want a video with adam talking about halo lore. Seriously
I mean for real, Give me halo lore! What role will blue team (kelly, linda, fred) play in halo 5? Why even reveal them in the comic?
thepeps101 or the primordial. How is that the predecessor to the flood?
The primordial is a precursor, who were the people that created all other races. They created the humans to take the mantle, but the Forerunners were like, "Screw you, we want that." And fought the precursors for it. The forerunners won. So, the precursors went to the outer edges of their known universe and put themselves in a gaseous state. There was an error though, which turned them into the flood and they did return like they planned to, just as the flood. I don't know much about the Primordial but he is a precursor
***** Yeah, i know now, i looked it up on the wiki. Sounds awsome :)
Skyrim
Good chat. Love hearing a fellow Halo fan get hyped over the simplest things. :)
Hello
Simple is an understatement. Let's say they get hyped for the most complex can opener ever created.
Kovic Halo!
Same here loved halo since I was seven
Green Skull, is that you?
Wow, I feel exactly how Adam must feel every time I try to explain the Lore of Halo to my friends.
Also, a Halo only podcast is approved by me!
Coltonace I've seen a lot of comments like this. I hope they actually try it.
Man I feel so sorry for Adam and can relate because he is so damn passionate about Halo and wants to talk about it but just doesnt get a chance. Happens to me all damn time.
Same haha they always get confused when I tell them that Sgt Johnson is technically a Spartan-I...
Same here...
I'm totally the same. Everyone I know either doesn't know about Halo, or they know about it and don't care to learn the intricate details that I love so much from the games ad especially books. I will nerd out whenever I get the chance since I can't help it (mainly about how all of the Spartan generations came to be, what they are like, and anything about A.I. as all those are so intriguing to me), and people are more like, "Oh, yeah. Okay. Cool. Good for you," rather than, "Oh my god! That's so interesting!" It annoys me, and it makes me sad that I can't share the amazing information I've learned. So I feel Adam's pain.
Ditto I guess some of my friends like halo but none of them like to talk about it : (
I enjoyed your Halo-speak Adam, it was fun.
***** I hope does d more Halotalk
As a HUGE Halo fan, I appreciate Adam knowing all the lore and backstory. Good job, Adam.
Luke Buckner it's a pain in the ass to explain Blue Team, the Forerunners and Precursors, how Sgt Johnson survived Installation 04,and why I hate the Mission Cortana on Halo 3
T-Ray Jones Yeah for real 😂
listening to Adam recite Halo lore accurately is music to my ears
Everyone shitting on him made me sad. Atleast let him talk his way through it, like he is there/paid to do. Then they can shit on it for the lolz and what not.
James hates video games...except Psychonauts...but that's barely a video game...
Just kidding James :D
James prob wants to do some stuff about the games likes to play and it's kinda shitty that they aren't all playing at once.
Poor Adam, they were being jerks all the time -.-
yes it is and i love it but i think this was a bit too much, they didn't gave Adam a single real opportunity to talk about Halo, just my oppinion.
Erik Sveci Yeah I was a little disappointed too. I was looking forward to hearing Adam talk about Halo but it was just constant interruption. And I felt bad every time Adam tried to start talking, was interrupted, and just quietly gave up and waited for his next opportunity.
Erik Sveci guess will just have to wait when the next podcast is near the release of halo 5, im sure they will talk about it then.
I think they will take these comments serious and come back next week with a great podcast.
They are Jerks when Bruce talks about Star Wars, they are jerks when James talks about Psychonauts, they are jerks when Spoole says anything. That's how Funhaus works.
Being 100% honest, I would love to have a podcast where there is just halo talk because I'm such a halo nerd XD
me too haha
Halo is the best
SpintoPlaysMC the name of that podcast will be Grunt Cup
theres a whole youtube channel dedicated to that called HaloFollower
***** I dont play halo, i dont have an xbox, i have a ps3 and a gaming rig, i came here to watch them talk about news while making jokes but i have to say i really did not like his episode, they were just fucking around and making dumb jokes that arent really funny, wow and interrupting adam like crazy. Fuck this.
I appreciate Adam a lot in this episode
When we get a Kingdom Hearts 3 Podcast then James' eyes will glow and he will fuck all of us in the head with knowledge till Disney Sauce pours out our ears long after the game's release
*or James' release
Kingdom Hearts is Final Fantasy for pedophiles
Dom Dellamorte woah .... woah
***** You mean Japanese? Cause the style is more classic JRPG then it is "Anime" but they all really fall under modern Japanese arts type. Welp to each is own and if you don't fuck with it then more power to you mate.
It's weird reading all these early comments knowing none of them have watched the whole video yet.
ive seen it
Coen Latimore Yea but you replied 1 hour late
I had the same problem with witcher 2
James doesnt like video games
He hates bloodborne too!
I heard he hates Africans and Jamaicans.
and he owns slaves
And is being persecuted for war crimes.
He's also very supportive of isis
I'd like a series of Adam explaining the story of halo.
those drawing of bruce and adam were amazing. the light with the rain on adam looked so good. If I were adam, I would want that printed and framed
Adam should start a Halo Lore RUclips channel, I would totally subscribe. I've played the majority of the Halo games yet I still have no fucking ideas what's going on.
There's already channels that do thay
Yeah but I want the Kovic treatment
Before funhaus, before inside gaming, he had inside halo
It's called Inside Halo. About 8 years late buddy.
Go to Halo Canon. He knows everything about Halo. Literally... like everything....
It's actually a bit annoying when Adam tries to explain shit but Bruce and James keep shouting over him. I get that this is their bit, but it gets old.
nope still funny
Galero15 they always do that. they talk over bruce when he's talking about star wars and joel with tolkien and shit. etc. etc. donno why adam should get special treatment. they do it to each other. it's all in good laughs.
I'm familiar with how they do things, and sometimes it funny when it's clear they're just being nerdy about and you can tell they're not seriously trying to talk about their obssession, but sometimes when Adam is trying to be a bit more frank and to the point, he still gets talked over, and considering this podcast dealt with Halo specifically, I was actually hoping to hear him go in depth about the subject.
Galero15 so was bruce when they were doing star wars. it's just their style and if you come to this channel for actual information you sure got something coming
Galero15 *DUN DUN DUN DUNNNNN DUN DUN DUN DUNNNNN!*
Dam Adam probably loved this podcast
DAMN*
he had a hard on during the entire podcast
How would you know this?
***** -_-
it was a joke dammit
Barrel Humper42 Its youtube man. You can always expect people to take jokes way too seriously or miss them completely it seems.
I love how Adam sits in the front to create that kinda of atmosphere that the others cannot see him eye rolling. Then on the flip side, the others can just mess around behind his back. It's great lol
I felt bad for Adam at the beginning there. Couldn't get a sentence in without a ignorant comment. Which normally wouldnt bother me but Adam obviously loves Halo and you'd think they could turn the ignorant comments down a notch for a bit. Of course Adam is probably cool with it so I abstain.
new viewer. in love with everything you guys do. telling everyone i know about yalls channel!

Thanks for the support!
Welcome to the labyrinth of randomness that is this group.
Funhaus Where's my thanks? Just because she's a grill she gets a "Personal" thanks?

I have 1400 Hours currently on Fallout New Vegas. But this is mostly cause of modders. I like to think I continue to pay Obsidian back by fanboying them and instantly buying anything new they develop. Pillars of Eternity is awesome.

Despite the subscription fee I probably owe Blizzard my house.
Dadodaw I already worked out a deal where Blizzard gets my first 3 children and all my paychecks are split with them. Bethesda already has dibs on my house and I am an on call slave to them.
i think the cut off limit should be $60
Dadodaw ummmm, that's hust crazy. That game isn't fun past even 30 hours. But hey, cudos to you I guess?
A podcast that's just Adam talking about halo would actually be awesome
I want more Halo! It's really nice to hear someone that actually knows the lore of halo!
"It's okay to like things! Listen, listen, okay: We've been on this Earth for a long time and a lot of people have written a lot of dumb stories about a lot of stupid shit. It doesn't have to be original to be fun."
One of the most beautiful and perfect sentiments I've heard randomly in any RUclips video ever.
Thanks Lawrence.
Also, though it's a year and a half late, the film James was looking for was 'Rashomon', Kurosawa's MasterWork, though rarely recognized outside of film and storytelling circles.
Technically, you are all huge fans of Halo because you work for the company that makes the biggest Halo machinima on the internet.
They left machinima
Killzone3Awesome I'm talking about Rooster Teeth and Red vs. Blue, dumbass.
We are not allowed to mention Machinima here lol
Derry Bear IT'S NOT THE FUCKING CHANNEL I'M TALKING ABOUT, IT'S THE FORM OF MOVIEMAKING RT USES!
I know dude. It was a play on words. lol chill
Seriously Adam you should have your own show where all you do is talk about halo lore, love to here more of you knowledge on halo since I have only read like three books so far.
Grizzlycougar Listening to Adam though he doesn't actually know that much.
SadPickel well it's more what I know, he also seems to really like talking about.
Grizzlycougar I guess, he most likely would be able to explain it better on his own.
Thank you, there are a lot of people who think you need to die but that is simply not true.
GR4V1T0N he's just being a smart ass don't worry about it
GR4V1T0N While I do, mostly, agree with you I have to state that someone with experience from other Souls titles or someone that have been told that Souls games are hard but feasible without dying (for the most part), would be able to guess that they can get their gear withoutdying and in fact level up by doing something in the game to unlock it.
By dying at the first enemy, you are introduced to the hub/Hunter’s dream faster than if you run/kills every enemy to the first lamp.By finding (and then dying to) the Cleric Beast you are introduced to the mechanic of insight and the fact that you can level up once you have gained insight (and perhaps insight will play a bigger role in the game, but I haven’t gone that far in the game to say if it will or
not).
I love this episode so much. Adam really brought out my inner fanboy
Amazing how Adam loves Halo just as much as I do, and how he has nerdgasms over it like I do. I am not alone :-)
There are many of us out there.
I too nerdgasm over Halo. As much as Halo 4 disappointed me.
I would like to see a few videos with just Adam (and perhaps Lawrence) discussing Halo. Adam clearly has some interesting ideas about the franchise, but the other guys aren't that interested - it would be great to hear his thoughts without them interrupting him.
you know i really would like to hear adam just talk about halo
I'd happy listen to a Halo podcast by Adam every week! Tribute to his routes with Inside Halo.
I know the interjections are all in good fun but would still like to hear the story of Halo through Adam :)
its ok adam, i'll love halo with you.
These are the only pod-casts that I can watch start to finish, because I genuinely enjoy hearing what the 4 of you have to say. Joel's Jewish so he doesn't count as a person.
I really appreciated the lore talk it really makes me want to know more about the series.Other than that great as ALWAYS. You guys are GREAT
I love you guys, I'm just happy you're still on RUclips, being yourselves and loving it, making great content for us to laugh at and enjoy with you! Thank you!
I love that you can just see Spoole through the window, on his own.
That's not spoole, he's at home sick.
not spoole
Axel Quatripolar i can imagine spoole having his own hydroponic grow house at home in his basement...
at 15:26 you finally see adams heart breaking apart he wanted bruce just to be an adult for him for once in this and bruce wouldn't do it for adam :( dont worry adam i am listing to you and you can tell me all about halo
Adam just jizzing everywhere talking about Halo lol
they were shittin on his hopes and dreams for a full hour
Supa Dooba They shit on his jizz.
exactly lol
The backseat podcasting by James and Bruce is done with EPIC level style and prowess!
So weird watching this today. I miss this original group so much.
Yea Adam should totally do o e podcast on actual Halo material
Sadly we were tricked and the advertisement was complete bullshit. Chief and Locke actually join teams and fight Cortana who now is about to destroy the universe, or might not
SGRBeezy :(
Poor adam, this is where he is truly happy and everybody shoots him down lol.
That's what I was thinking lol
It’s crazy to think that halo 5 wasn’t out when Funhaus started.
Omg, it's sooooo good to know that someone on the Funhaus crew is as a big a Halo fanboy as I am. I fucking love you, Adam. Dude, you rock.
This has never happened before but good grief this podcast was way too annoying.
you actually dont need to die at the start of bloodborne, if you get past that werewolf and go to the lantern u can use it and get ur weapons.
regardless, most players will instinctly try to beat the werewolf first and die so it doesnt matter either way.
CrossHarry Yup, the Best Friends started an LP and that's exactly what they did.
"Halo 5: Will it suck? ...." (watches video) [hour wasted].
welcome to funhaus :D
you guys should put a big ass funhaus symbol on the wall behind you, it would look great.
Talk about HALO YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS ADAM
I actually killed the Cleric Beast with dying the first time... Thank you James
Adam's face throughout the podcast is priceless
Odst happened between 2 and 3
Lol no it didnt
Halo 3 odst
It was between 2 and 3
More exactly right after Chief leaves mombasa (however its spelled)
As the ship warps, the odsts are dropping in
Xenorift
When did it take place then?
Popsickle5 That's during 2, not after 2
People making fun of others due to their lack of skill in a game is indeed annoying.
I know right, it's quite sad, especially when there is just an average game being played to ridicule!
"constantly complaining", mfw they never once complained about the game being bad.
*Who's up for Halo Podcast?*
i love james' gaming face, it's the cutest thing in the world
I think the videos or podcasts where adam is alone in a room talking about halo would be pretty great, simply because halo is the bomb, adam is the bomb, and the comedy of such a video/podcast actually existing would be worth putting out at least one just for the heck of it.
Derpderp.
I want a halo podcast
but seriously why does james hate every game ever.
So no more steam roulette? ....great...
***** still it isnt steamroulette....
They can't do it because they don't have the machinima steam account which means they would have to pay with they're own Money every time they download a game
***** agreed but then one day they will run out of demo discs....then we're fucked
Chance Blankenship Then we send them more. They should have a PO Box soon, since they moved to their new office
rinj ii I gotta feeling half of them wont work and they run through like 2/3 if not more per video. perhaps people will send more, but to be honest I don't know anyone who even uses demo disc anymore...the one they are using are of oooold games for the most part. so, I hope you're right.
I really wanted to listen to Adam but freaking everyone was interrupting him.
to answer the videos title, yes halo five will suck. along with every halo after 3
***** You sound mad
***** and your a blind fanboy
4 just had filler content that drew from CoD,it is was well made filler though,it looked beautiful for a 360 game and had a pretty above average story
Halo reach was good just not amazing and halo 4 was also a good game it just didnt feel like halo
"Chief just expects everyone to drive him everywhere, he's British" Nice, Lawrence. I got that.
still my favourite podcast, you guys are so funny in this one
Halo is the best franchise and the best games
bahahahahahahahahaa
Nope. Not even close.
Coming from a Halo super fan, no, not the best game series ever.
I think you did not play Bethesda's games.
Viktor Reznov They are not worth playing anyways.. Fallout is overrated and Elder scrolls is boring
I still need to buy Master Chief Collection. I take it they've fixed a lot of the bugs and matchmaking with multiplayer? That's the only thing that kept me from jumping on it before.
Is still a little iffy in my option
I haven't experienced any issues but that's just me
The game is great for campaign, it's the entire saga in one disc.
Halo - YAY!
Halo 2 - meh
Halo 3 - EPIC YAY!!!
Halo ODST - Boooo!
Halo Reach - YAY!
Halo 4 - meh
What do you have against ODST, it was better than 4.
Personally, I just found it boring
Everyone to their own though
Halo 2 was my personal favorite. But maybe that's just because it made up most of my playtime of the entire series.
Halo CE: AWESOME
Halo 2: SUPER JUMPS?!
Halo 3: Pretty good.
Halo ODST: they said they weren't making anymore halo
Halo Reach: wtf...
Halo 4: A new developer? What?
I still havent finished Halo 1 or 2... and recently my old xbox rather bit the dust by not opening the disc tray anymore... guess im never gonna finish em :(
Most of Halo - Yay!
Halo Nightfall - Less yay.
I really hope you guys make more podcast. I'm the type of person who likes to work at midnight and your podcast is like my LIGHTHOUSE and guided me many nights. I'm not fluent in English but I really enjoy hearing your voices. KEEP ON THE GOOD WORK GUYS!
Kovic Korner: Make it happen, Adam. Let the fanboying, begin!
The fuck is the add music button
Kasia Check the date
youtube's april fools joke
Introof
I even did my own April Fool's joke and still didn't realize this.
haha. Took me a while to find out too...
I am believing way too many of them :P
*Who the fuck is "Matt Peake"* After all these years of following you guys i still have no idea who this man is. What does he do?
Can you guys answer this for me? Or even better, unchain Matt from his desk and bring him in a video
He's an editor and he has been on camera several times.
Without him nothing would exist
matt is their editor. hes pretty camera shy, hes the king of behind the scenes.
Matt is their editing slave.
Col. Nugget
It aggravated me that some people can't always understand your guys' humour and your 'bit' on the internet... I just want to say everything you guys do is brilliant and most of us who watch your videos love you guys for what you do and who you are. Keep it up dudes you deserve a lot more!
YES ADAM!!! just talk about halo. I would love to watch that
Normally I love the way you guys do you videos but it was actually pretty damn annoying when everyone was just talking over each other in this one.
Fun Haus guys, a hardware tip / fix:
The logitech k400r keyboard / keypad that you use is really sensitive to line of sight obstructions. I had to move my receiver to the front of the PC / on top of desk to get better reception. Even crossing your legs in front of the keyboard pisses it off. A person in front of it might be the source of your problems during the podcast. Hope that helps.
I am absolutely game for a Halo podcast, hosted by Adam and featuring Adam.
Make it happen, please.
I have to admit I would love a podcast where Adam just chats about the lore of Halo and other games.
As someone who's religiously played and read most content halo wise, This Dude Soup is sublime
I would actually love to just hear adam talk about halo lore
Maybe not every week, but I genuinely would want to see you guys (possibly just Adam) talk about everything that happens in the Halo franchise and discussing all the little things that I'd have missed or people wouldn't know. I found it interesting, don't know about others though.
adam i have also read these books and share your love. you are not alone. stay strong brother
D1SnIpEzZ i will do the podcast with you.
