FANTASTIC. the sound is very fresh and it is very forgiving of my minor mistakes as a newbie. i had a chance to focus on the music i was playing rather than a little buzz here and there. the action was great and since it is more narrow than my guitar (no depth for a resonance chamber) it felt more natural to play. if one has the money for this... i would recommend. i am now setting aside some cash for my own

Turn your volume all the way down to get the best silence from your silent guitar. Also, you should try turning down the terrible dial too. It's making you sound bad.

All y'all are criticizing this from an electric guitarists perspective. Makes perfect sense to me, to call it "silent". If I play Bach on this guitar ya can barely hear it if you're in the same room. If I"m strumming the hell out of some Creedence, well, yeah you could hear it then. It's great because it won't feedback when plugged into a Marshall half stack or whatever. Travels easy, won't wake up fam if I play at midnight or 7am, I can even put some headphones on and practice while they watch TV, or practice some scales while I veg on Netflix. Great guitar to have for a pro classical guy or someone that wants a LOT of practice, something cool to show up to an amplified gig.
GuyWithGames The point of it is so you can play music with the auxiliary port and plug in headphones so you can play along with music and still hear yourself play, it's supposed to be a lot quieter than conventional methods because you don't have to use an amp, he's just using one for demonstration purposes
