Thanks for posting this foam rolling video. One more great leg area to pay attention to is the anterior tibialis. Commonly known as our shins, as you know. It’s really good to prevent and treat shin splints. Anyone who runs probably will benefit from rolling that area regularly before, and or, after running. Be well everyone!

I foam roll most nights after my stretches and before bed. Doing the IT bands, quads, glutes and hams, and finally calves but not like this. Ooh boy! I'll need to remember to cross a leg when doing the upper hip/glute. I'll be coming back to this again. Thanks!

Hi Joelle, I think I just realized that you dont have any other foam rolling videos😊. When you say « check out my other videos on different parts of the body », I assumed they were foam rolling. This was awesome! I’ve been foam rolling for awhile but still learned some new tricks. I also like to use a massage ball to get deeper into my hips and glutes than the foam roller can get.

You're most welcome! 😊 Glad you tracked down the quad video already - it's definitely a tricky part of the body to release, so you're not alone! Others I'd suggest trying would be the ones with either "psoas" or "hip flexors" in the title, as those are so closely linked to quad tension! You can search "yoga with joelle psoas" (or any other keyword) on RUclips to see what comes up.
