The ice jump at 5:52:40 was the most frustrating part of this entire game. The trick was this whole time to face the wall you are on and then jump while holding DOWN!!!! Thank you for this stream because I could not find any information about this one part anywhere online. ALL the guides are copy and paste of the same thing and don't mention how to properly do this part. Yes I had a rant because I spent like 20 minutes trying to do this before looking this up online.

Yes, his video also helped me a lot with this sequence. In the later chapter in the tesla reactor, I did it with a first try. Very easy if you climb with the maximum width every time. :D
@@DanQ8000 no offense man but your a Terrible youtuber you talk when ever the characters in the game talk and not let others hear not all of us have the game some of us rather watch other people play the game but not all likes to watch people play the game in silence it ok to talk but not when the characters are talking some cant hear due to your lowd voice
I am stuck on that goddamn wall at the end of chapter six. It is way, WAY too hard to jump from one wall to the other. It's such a sudden rise in difficulty that it's actually off-putting.
@5:52:24 How to jump AWAY from a wall, spin, and catch yourself on the other side: Secure one hook. Hold "DOWN". Release the hook and then IMMEDIATELY "JUMP" (with "DOWN" held). Then "Grab" with both hooks.

Although, I would still say that Deliver us the Moon was a lot better in the terms of atmosphere.

At exactly 6:38:52 the game is not registering that I reached the top of the wall climb and pulling me through the hatch into the tunnel. I'm just left hanging there, I don't know what the hell is going on...
IM STUCK ON THE 8TH I GET IN TO THE BROKEN SHIP AND I CLIMB up and 1st part and the 2nd climb and she wont go over the lip lol she just falls I'm on pc am I doing something wrong
How did you face the wall to jump to the other ice wall when exiting the cave? You spent so much time there but didn’t explain how you managed to do it lol. I’ve been stuck for an hour and about to throw my PS5 controller. I press the X to jump but all I do is fall straight down. I can’t get her to look at the wall behind her
Not sure how this works on a PS5. but on pc you clime to the top of the wall press down (S) and jump(spacebar) at the same time and let go of the mouse buttons and you will jump to the other side. was stuck her for some time
F... this game. Was stuck on the ice wall for ages so had a break for 1/2 an hour and when I restarted accidentally pressed new game as that us what it defaults on. So now i have to restart the whole chapter 6... not worth it.
It's lore, and it's easier for certain people in the chat if I read them out loud. I have a few viewers who are blind for example. You can always skip passed it in the video if you prefer.

I had the same problem. After several tries I could make it. The climbing axes as close as possible to the ledge and the shimmy to right edge.
had the same issue but managed to climb up... make your way to the far right of the ledge and you should then get the climb animation...

You can do chapter select, but you can't really openly explore Mars outside of the missions it's in.
