Great vid. I'm in the unfortunate camp of creating neural pathways over 15+ years which amount to a really bad golf swing. I assume it's harder to re-program baked-in motor skills as compared to a new golfer just starting out? Do you have any extra tips for someone trying to change a deeply ingrained golf swing? Cheers.
That's a great question. Thanks for asking! In the case of trying to "re-program"...I wouldn't recommend that. I have found that even the worst golf swings need only slight adjustments to get them to become repeatable. In most cases in takes very little time to fix...but first you need to answer a question. What makes you BELIEVE you have a "really bad" golf swing?

Unfortunately I had a injury and noticed that I lost lots of mobility, my game got really bad last summer, going to start over repairing my body.
Smart move. Golf is a full body movement. Any physical limitations greatly inhibit your ability to repeat a golf swing.
