And today I will share with you guys how to make a particularly delicious lotus root dishes. It is so good for vegetarian’s lover. And you guys just need to prepare:
▶Ingredients
- 500g lotus root
- 5 cloves of garlic
- some ginger
- some chili
- some green onion
- 60ml hot oil
- ¼tsp salt
- 1tsp sugar
- 1tbsp black vinegar
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp white vinegar
▶ to boiling lotus root
- 1tsp salt
- 1tbsp white vinegar
▶ to clean lotus root
- 1tsp salt
- 1tbsp white vinegar
- 1tbsp flour
