I took creatine about 2 months ago. It made a difference in my performance. I’m 28 and had never taken before. I didn’t load; just did 5g a day. I noticed a lot of hair on my pillow and hair on my hands when I would wash my hair(never experienced this before). I’ve looked at many videos (since creatine did help with my energy levels and focus at the gym). All the most popular videos were made by creators that had supplement sponsorships, had a supplement line or ties to the supplement industry. Long story short: I stopped taking creatine and about 2-3 weeks later I stopped shedding.
