April 1, 1977 - Willem Oltmans: George de Mohrenschildt involved in John F. Kennedy Assassination

- Willem Oltmans was based in the USA in the 1960s, where he worked as a reporter for Dutch TV broadcaster NOS and established ties to President Kennedy's closest circle of advisors. After Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas in 1963, Oltmans interviewed the mother of accused assassin Lee Harvey Oswald, Marguerite. Further investigation led him to Oswald's acquaintance Baron George de Mohrenschildt. According to Oltmans, de Mohrenschildt, who had ties to the CIA, was the architect behind the killing. In 1977 de Mohrenschildt agreed to disclose information to Oltmans, but disappeared from their meeting place and was found dead in Florida a few weeks later. His death was declared a suicide.
According to Oltmans, George de Mohrenschildt confessed to being involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. "I am responsible. I feel responsible for the behaviour of Lee Harvey Oswald... because I guided him. I instructed him to set it up." Oltmans claimed that de Mohrenschildt had admitted serving as a middleman between Lee Harvey Oswald and H. L. Hunt in an assassination plot involving other Texas oilmen, anti-Castro Cubans, and elements of the FBI and CIA.
Oltmans told the HSCA: "He begged me to take him out of the country because they are after me." On 13th February 1977, Oltmans took de Mohrenschildt to his home in Amsterdam where they worked on his memoirs. Over the next few weeks de Mohrenschildt claimed he knew Jack Ruby and argued that Texas oilmen joined with intelligence operatives to arrange the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
The US and the Dutch press (including the Dutch minister of foreign politics Josph Luns) never stopped to discredit Oltmans. Here in the Netherlands true journalism is long gone.
People can't seem to grasp the fact that Oswald was the patsy from the very start, and there were more than one gunman. These facts don't take away from Oltmans testimony. GDM groomed Oswald as the patsy.

Unlike CIA, KGB opened its Oswald file to an American TV network. CIA refused to do so, stating it wasn't in PR business. Everywhere you look with Oswald he is associating with known or suspected US intel people and being hired by right wing employers for cover jobs. Why would USSR risk nuclear war with assassination? And between the end of USSR and Putin, not one credible bit of evidence that the defunct USSR had anything to do with it. If your theory was correct, the KGB must have infiltrated Hoover, Dulles, Banister, etc.

Jackie Bouvier (Jackie Kennedy) described de Mohrenschildt as "uncle George", used to sit on his knee as a child. George de Mohrenschildt was also friends with Jackie's aunt, Edith Bouvier Beale.

That's a very good question. As I look at this, I feel like de Mohrenschildt may himself have been morphed into a scapegoat/patsy. After all, if Oswald was a patsy, then what's the relevance of de Mohrenschildt having met with him in terms of establishing some kind of guilt? If there was a high level conspiracy, which I believe there was, they would take steps to control opposition and disseminate limited/modified hangout. I suspect that the testimony from Oltmans was limited/modified hangout. While fingers should have been pointing at LBJ, instead he was pointing fingers at de Mohrenschildt. And who better to put into the role of the handler than somebody who knew Jackie Kennedy, which was meant to make any alternative theories sound implausible. In other words, de Mohrenschildt had been recruited and used to go handle Oswald, so Oswald could be used as a patsy, for that very reason.

Oltmans was being truthful here, but only to a certain extent. Read the 146 pages of testimony he gave to the committee. Read his memoirs (in Dutch). He knew GDM was mentally unbalanced in early 1977 but couldn't understand it and completely downplayed it here. Oltmans career was sabotaged by the Dutch government in the late 1950s and he was surviving on freelance work for NOS. He was trying to cash in on his ten year friendship with GDM. Didn't really work. He did eventually win a lawsuit against the Dutch government in the 1990s and was awarded the equivalent of $4 million.
Yes Oltmans was a journalist. He heard something interesting and tried to make a story with it. That is what journalists do.
He was mentally unbalanced after he thought he was being surveilled for talking about Oswald, he wrote to Poppy Bush (Bush Dynasty) to ask them to stop. Then after that happened he was visited by an uknown doctor that injected him which led to him needing to be hospitalised. They never found out who the doctor was. Later Demorenshildt who was close with Oswald Mosley told Oltmans that he led Oswald to do it.

According to Fletcher Prouty , Allan Dulles, had several meetings with GDM before his HSCA scheduled testimony .
GDM was a CIA asset and Dulles has in the past allegedly given advice to others in similar circumstances to commit suicide rather than live with the personal humiliation and family shame , admitting to such a barbaric crime.
GDM supposedly committed suicide by gun shot through the mouth .
It does'nt seem to fit someone of his pedigree and wealth but Oltman's did claim GDM wanted to protect his family name and not be remembered for his handling of Oswald

George De Mohrenschildt was allegedly being pursued by Jewish Intelligence for his spying roles for 'the Nazi's during WW2.
GDM was friends with Lester Logue , H L Hunt and Clint Murchison and most of The Texas

H L Hunt financed Lyndon Johnsons Presidential ambitions and it 's worth noting J Edgar
Hoover was also heavily invested in Clint Murchison's oil exploration .
Jacqueline Bouvier was given riding lessons by de Mohrenschildt as a child and called him "Uncle George". He was a family friend of the Bouviers, maybe something more in relation to Janet Bouvier if you know what I mean. A letter that an author discovered in the JFK Library archives, from Jacqueline Bouvier to Vogue magazine regarding a Prix de Paris competition she was in (which she won), dated May 7 1951, stated that she would be joining the CIA after that summer. In 1952 she was given a photography/interviewing job (ending up interviewing people like Nixon and JFK himself) and was introduced to JFK by Operation Mockingbird reporter Charles Bartlett. JFK married the spy, who was controlled by other men, chiefly Allen Dulles (who is pictured with Janet Bouvier at events), in 1953.

Allan Dulles was appointed by LBJ to the Warren Commission and did not disclose to his fellow members of the Commission his knowledge of Operation Mongoose or any Anti Cuban or organised crime links to Investigate relating to JFK 's assassination.
George De Mohrenschildt was also giving Mafia Capo 's advice on investing in oil exploration back in the 1960s. GDM had met Jack Ruby in his club and knew most of the Mob players Trafficana, Giancana and Marcello as H .l Hunt associated with the Mob.

Oltmans's book Een reportage over de Kennedy-moordenaars (Bruna, 1977) was published for the first time in English translation as Reporting on the Kennedy Assassination in March 2017 by the University Press of Kansas. This is a joint venture between myself, the Willem Oltmans Foundation, and the Dutch Foundation for Literature. Mark Lane attended a press conference in the Netherlands to promote the Dutch edition in 1977 and Oliver Stone read it and briefly considered making a movie about it in 1979.

The House Committee on Assassinations totally discredit themselves when they concluded there was probably a 2nd gunman based on discredited acoustic evidence. The recording that was analyzed was made a minute after the assassination, not during it. No audio recording exists of the assassination, only silent films and stills. We know that Ozzy definitely acted alone; we don't know why GDM commit suicide right before he was due to testify; maybe he felt guilty due to his relationship with Ozzy.

Oswald Mosley never had a motive and was connected to CIA, you can't deny this. He even said himself he was a patsy and then was murdered before we could get anymore truth from him.

The acoustic recording was not discredited. In fact it was verified by a third acoustic analysis group. The second debunking group were found to have false conclusions

GDM was CIA. Oswald was Army intelligence, trained to be a double agent in North Carolina before being sent to the USSR. The Soviets guessed this and assigned Oswald to Minsk to work on radios and kept away from secret information.
