What an amazing video for a beginner like me. I've been absolutely terrified of mythics. Never done them until 3 weekends ago as of writing this. I'm at ~1750 as tank in my first ever season. I'm having a blast and this video is a godsend. Thank you.

If only there was an addon or macro or something lmfao It would be cool to have something like that where if the dps pressing an attack skill on a mob that doesnt have tank aggro, the game will change that player's target to the tank xD
Not that it will be too terribly relevant with Ret and Prot being strong, but for HoI are you able to walk past the frog boss to grab the mushroom beforehand on the off chance you don't have a poison dispel for the tank for whatever reason?

As a dirty meta reroller unfortunately not, currently looking like paladin, but just like in S1 I'll keep my bear geared up! Maybe we'll finally get a rework soon haha.
You need to pull last pack in Vortex Pinnacle now, cant get % without it, even if you pull everything else. Tried your route in my mdt tool, only gives me around 96% without last pack.
They updated the count just before season start, the route in the video no longer works but the wago link is updated. Basically have to kill everything except 1 of the dragons now.
It does, however the "shortcut" still takes players minutes to runback, probably one of the worst shortcuts in a dungeon ever haha. On top of that, the trash packs on the right are a bit harder than the ones on the left imo. I just don't think it's worth opening up as it basically only gives some value if you have a full wipe, meanwhile on the other side you can grab the engineering orb which can possibly prevent a full wipe on its own.

The similar skip in Upper Kara was pretty common throughout Season 4 of SL in PUG groups so I don't see it being much of an issue if you just tell people beforehand to walk down the middle. Also if you're really worried invis pots/shroud/mind soothe are all options to make it super safe.
@@Tactyks I appreciate the reply man, but just to clarify, upper Kara you're talking about the two mini-curator things? I thought in HoI you kinda had to start on the right and angle left to execute the skip? Maybe I'm trolling but I've never seen the HoI skip work. Maybe I just got a fat ass haha.
@@Luxumbra69 Yeah the curators upstairs before the 1st boss is what I'm referring to. I tested running straight down the middle in HoI a couple times and never got put into combat (no funny angling), so that's why I put it in the route.

The secret is to threaten them with you leaving. I've found that gets them to stop real quick, albeit it can come off a bit harsh.

Doesnt going right i at the start of halls of infusion open up the shortcut skip down incase of a wipe?
