I put a new wheel in my ILife A4s and doesn't turn, the new wheel works fine if I try it in another vacuum , already cleaned al the sensor as well. What can be the problem?
Some actual help here : The top doesn't just come out you need to unscrew 6 screws: two near the left and right spinning things and four hidden under the plastic on which you stick the wet cloth. Just pull the plastic and it will come off it won't break. Once the top is removed you don't have to unplug any of the cables, just unscrew the wheel and screw the new one with the top standing 90 degrees.

My V5s pro turns in cirlces when vacuming and then stops and beeps (2 low beeps and then 2 high pitched beeps), but it seems to work fine when using the mop. I have been advised to replace the left wheel, but i'm not convinced as it works when mopping. Any hints? I have obviously taken it all apart and cleaned it but the problem persists. Thanks!

DON'T pull on the wires, you can dislodge them from the connector. INSTEAD, pull on the white connector to unplug the wires.
