This is true. A session creating-whether it's drafting a story, drumming, or designing software interfaces-leaves me feeling calm and balanced. Thank you for making this!
I’d love if you could talk about how to find your creative outlet when nothing speaks to you. I’ve been a musician for over 30 years and it doesn’t speak to me like it used to. I’m trying to find something new to spark that creativity, but everything just seems dull. Any sort of content on that would be amazing!
Loved this video. As both an artist/novelist and someone who works in the mental health space, I find the reciprocal nature of creating and our brains fascinating. I read somewhere that if more creatives created, there would be less of us in therapy. There's some truth to this, I believe. Thanks for the great information presented in such an appealing way.

Absolutely!
Your content is a joy, and timely. Keeping it coming.
True words. Sharing with a friend who is struggling
So true! I find, too, that if I go too long without engaging with the Creative I get fractious, frustrated.
Right? Totally relate
