Hello everyone, I'm Miss Life Projects. I thought I would give you all an update on toms progress. The initial surgery he created this video for was cancelled on the morning. So he was in shock as you can imagine. He has now since had the operation yesterday 15th June 2022 and its been successful! He's had two replacements bionic valves as they could repair them. Hes doing well talking and moving around already so he's already quickly mending. Tom did not lie with his content as he has soo many videos prepped and stored on his phone ready to post when he's recovering! Thank you to the lovely messages!
Oh wonderful! We are blessed to have Tom share his knowledge; he surely is blessed to have you beside him!! Well done to both of you!! My home is yours should you want to rest up and/or visit the South of France (near Narbonne). Sincerely, Ben, Land-Rover fan and grateful heart transplantee.
@@OWEE-l2r Hi Ben! Really sorry I have only just seen this! Thats very nice of you and great to hear. If by chance I am ever planning to go to France I will let you know 🤣
Hope it went well Tom. Your videos are invaluable. I'm in the middle of replacing the clutch and MT82 shalt on a Defender 2.4 like yours. I couldn't have done it without your posts. Thank you so much mate. I hope you recover quickly and I'm looking forward to more content. All the best.
Ive just seen this…Best of luck for a speedy recovery Tom. I thought the title of this video was relating to something deep within the Land-rovers engine at first! Im sure your video on this procedure will help anyone going through something similar, its very thoughtful of you to think about that when you must be under so much stress. Im sure everyone who follows your channel will help, just ask.
Thank Alan. I wish I had started documenting this from the start in all honesty but just been so busy doing other things. Unfortunately it was cancelled again as I was about to go in so will have to include this in another video. Thank you for the support 👍
Dude best of luck with everything. I got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 2 years ago and it knocked the wind out of my sails with projects and pass times i have zero energy after work :(. But the fact that you took time out to answer my questions on your evoque video with all you have on at the min is amazing and if i could sub again i would. Fingers crossed all goes well and recovery time is not that long.
Thanks Keith. I do try to answer everyone back on the videos especially if it helps. Oh wow i can imagine how tired and stressed you are after work. Its a complete pain isnt it! Thank you for that 👍
Best of luck with it mate. Had major surgery recently myself (not heart) and got to have another one soon, love tinkering with motors/mechanical stuff and not being able to drives me nuts but hopefully next year will be able to get back to it. Great thing you are doing sharing the surgery journey, difficult to get 1st hand info on it when you're facing it 👍
Oh wow best of luck mate. If your anything like me i cant stand been sat about so you will be back tinkering in no time. Yeah i hope it comes out ok. Theres not a lot i can film with all the people around but i will do my best.
Good luck with the op mate....if they cancel it again come up here and I'll do it for you, got an old ping pong ball round here somewhere that should work......😂👍
