Although people think Assam is backward because of less industrialisation but Assam is way better, safe and livable surrounded by nature and fresh air than other Indian states. I think Odisha developed the most in the last 20.years. I went to odisha prior to COVID and I was shocked to see it's development. Imagine it has organised jockey world cup, under 17 football world cup, women's hockey cup, all kinds of national games. To me Assam is the most beautiful place in India , a land of red river and blue hills .Guwahati has the potential of being one of the most beautiful city, surrounded by blue hills all around, on the bank of mighty Brahmaputra , dotted with age old temples like Kamakhya, Ugratara, Navagraha, Basshisthaashram etc.Assam's wilde life, its flaura and fauna, national parks like Kaziranga and Manas are envy to the rest of the country.Its Bihudance, Satriya dance , Satras, rflect it's culture.People are simple, helpful and crimes you talk about are very rarely committed by local Assamese people .When you read those criminals' names , you will know who and what ethnicity they belong to. Be it the extreme pollution, traffic, education system, healthcare system, streets, or maybe the increasing alcohol consumption among young Assamese boys and girls. Most of the alcohol is consumed by "Assamese" youth not bihari, not Bengalis. Alcohol consumption is highest in Assam. The average Assamese boy doesn't even have any aim in life. That's the present situation here. Sir try living here and then justify your statement. And about guwahati's natural beauty, yes it used to be the most serene place but now it's nothing less than a hell. Last year's summer recorded around 49°c(feels like) can you imagine the amount of pollution and deforestation required to go to that level where even 30°c used to be quite rare during Summers in guwahati 10 years before. Sorry for such a long para but yeah you can't blame any one community for this situation. I would say the so called "outsiders" are still trying their best to make Assam a beautiful state it's the indigenous people of Assam who don't care about their own state

I'm from Himachal, and i can say that only very few places like Baddi (which is an entirely industrial area) has a bad Air & Water Quality, but Kangra on the other hand, has a good Air Quality, and second reason could also be counted as the bruning of crops fossils or remaining that happens in punjab & haryana that pollutes the air & air moves towards the himachal stucks there for a while bcz it's not as open as Punjab & Haryana., And you've given perfect reason for Unemployment, so either go towards fieldless skill like IT and work remotely from anywhere or go towards the demand of the skill that requires at that particular area,, For example: a welder who earns a very less amount of money in India, earns in lakhs in South korea (one of the highest paid jobs there), reason is the demand. India has so many welders, more than it's demand, while in South Korea very few people work as a welder bcz they see it as a dangerous work, Actually they're scared of doing it.. So demand is high but welders are less, salary becomes huge..
I think the poor air quality in Himachal Pradesh is just limited to 2 or 3 districts like Solan , Sirmaur and Una which are the industrial areas ..out of total 12 districts ...Rest of Himachal is clean and pollution free .😊

To me Assam is the most beautiful place in India , a land of red river and blue hills .Guwahati has the potential of being one of the most beautiful city, surrounded by blue hills all around, on the bank of mighty Brahmaputra , dotted with age old temples like Kamakhya, Ugratara, Navagraha, Basshisthaashram etc.Assam's wilde life, its flaura and fauna, national parks like Kaziranga and Manas are envy to the rest of the country.Its Bihudance, Satriya dance , Satras, rflect it's culture.People are simple, helpful and crimes you talk about are very rarely committed by local Assamese people .When you read those criminals' names , you will know who and what ethnicity they belong to. I visit my village every year.My daughters are married to non Assamese and their weddings were celebrated in Guwahati and Kaziranga.Grooms' friends and relatives were surprised at the beauty of Assam compared to their places of Mumbai and Gujrat.Assam is the hub of Tea and oil and petroleum Govt earns a lot revenue from them ,Assam has a glorious history ruled by its own Kings, until 1826 when British annexed it to its empire repelling the Burnese who occupied it for a few years.We love our Assamese language, our Assamese heroes, our gurus Sankar-Madhab, our Nam gears, our Bihus, our Music , our literatures, our cuisines everything Assamese.Sorry for my long narrative about my birthplace but it is not worst place as you present.
Well be grateful that you live outside Assam. Saying good things about a place where you don't live is quite easy. Try living in guwahati. The present situation of guwahati is horrible. Be it the extreme pollution, traffic, education system, healthcare system, streets, or maybe the increasing alcohol consumption among young Assamese boys and girls. Most of the alcohol is consumed by "Assamese" youth not bihari, not Bengalis. Alcohol consumption is highest in Assam. The average Assamese boy doesn't even have any aim in life. That's the present situation here. Sir try living here and then justify your statement. And about guwahati's natural beauty, yes it used to be the most serene place but now it's nothing less than a hell. Last year's summer recorded around 49°c(feels like) can you imagine the amount of pollution and deforestation required to go to that level where even 30°c used to be quite rare during Summers in guwahati 10 years before. Sorry for such a long para but yeah you can't blame any one community for this situation. I would say the so called "outsiders" are still trying their best to make Assam a beautiful state it's the indigenous people of Assam who don't care about their own state

Residential places don't have the supply of water ik because I have lived without water for 2 years. This year guwahati was declared as the dirtiest city in the country. And rasta r obostha tu aru beya. Sob jegat Khandi rakhi diye rasta and then they never fix the roads. Eneke eta accident hoisil school juwar time t eta suali and she died on spot. So yeah if the most developed city of a state is in this situation then what do you think? Every other state has atleast 1 city that is doing much better than guwahati. I'm from Himachal, and i can say that only very few places like Baddi (which is an entirely industrial area) has a bad Air & Water Quality, but Kangra on the other hand, has a good Air Quality, and second reason could also be counted as the bruning of crops fossils or remaining that happens in punjab & haryana that pollutes the air & air moves towards the himachal stucks there for a while bcz it's not as open as Punjab & Haryana.,
And you've given perfect reason for Unemployment, so either go towards fieldless skill like IT and work remotely from anywhere or go towards the demand of the skill that requires at that particular area,,
For example: a welder who earns a very less amount of money in India, earns in lakhs in South korea (one of the highest paid jobs there), reason is the demand. India has so many welders, more than it's demand, while in South Korea very few people work as a welder bcz they see it as a dangerous work, Actually they're scared of doing it.. So demand is high but welders are less, salary becomes huge..
I think the poor air quality in Himachal Pradesh is just limited to 2 or 3 districts like Solan , Sirmaur and Una which are the industrial areas ..out of total 12 districts ...Rest of Himachal is clean and pollution free .😊

I'm from West Bengal and I must say that here politics is very high from a long ago as we have studied in history and here we can see about the last state elections the winning party after winning became soo toxic and started burning killing raping the people who support the opposition....People here are not allowed to give their own political reviews because of this
