great vid you guys, loved it so much
Hi guys. Merry Christmas!
So after the partial mash...full boil? Add extact at 60m? 10m? So many questions....I'm looking to turn my AG BIAB IPA into a DIPA using extract.
Yes, full 60-minute boil. Where you add the extract is up to you. Since this is a darker beer, you don't have to worry about the extract darkening too much, so you could add at 60 minutes. For a lighter beer, you could wait until near the end of boil. - James
?? looked for the video you mentioned and could not find it. Can you put a link to Steve's Partial Mash video?

Gentlemen a Wee Heavy is a Scottish not an English beer.
That`s a big beer. Cheers
Hey guy's Merry Christmas! Hey I didn't know Knotty would finish out a beer that big, You do a starter? Two packages?
So, is there a Wee Light?
A wee heavy is not an English beer. Is it not of Scottish origin?
