    Hi John. Love your stuff. I'm thinking of getting into brewing and saw this. Did you do a tasting of this? Was checking your RUclips videos but couldn’t find it.

      Yes. It is the StarDorado Ale. Which had aged a little better after the tasting vid.

    I've currently got 2 X 23L fermenting with partial mash on the stove like what you have done here + kit (I'm glad that my grain bill and water quantities were similar to yours). The only disappointment was that I should have used the full amount of wort in one fermenter instead of splitting between two as I had to add dex to being up the OG. Oh well, that's all part of learning hey?

      Appreciate the support Andre. This all happened prior to lunch. I sat down with a beer once it was tucked away and I’d cleaned up.

      what ever you can get. I used Gladfields in this batch.

      No, but it wouldn't hurt and probably would have got the extra 2 points I was short.
