this is great, last night I was like "what if that garret guy posts something" here it is
look at the pfp of the guy above you ;)
Glad to see you’re still having fun doing this! Even 10 years later I’m not tired of watching you blowing speakers 😊
I wonder just how many speakers he has blown in a lifetime? Maybe a Guinness world record?
@@waterlife.1905I think about 400
The man, the myth, the chaos. He’s back.
a legend finally posted

@@cherrylmaganda6578 did you just have a seizure
@@applefanboy1770 lol my same question
You mean the goat
@@leviyoung5747 what?
30:48 that's still one of my favorite clips. They way she looks at the camera, I will never forget that. Lol.
Good to see your doing well and handling business as usual. 🍻
Hehe, me too. That clip is legendary
Cheap speakers that are also heavy can certainly be taken for granite.
😂😂😂 hilarious
Bro 💀
Been watching 2009. Smashing stuff myself since thanks to you.
Good for you! I smashed stuff i got from cleaning hoarders houses that the recycling centers and thrift stores refused......including furniture which became bonfires.....i have a fondness for burning and or blowing things up! 🔥💥
I forgot how fun this guy was
I've seen those same wireless speakers under the "sharper image" brand.
6:37 That’s probably a piece of someone’s fancy granite countertop
Two naughty speakers, duct taped and forced against their will, free hd
Love the new video!! The McLaren Technology ones reminds me of the Dresden Acoustics DS-9 satellite speakers you blew back in 2018, which had a cement block inside them. The McLarens were of the same design, except there appeared be a piece of marble.
Those fake tweeter ones at the beginning I have seen from some crappy turntable systems. I've seen many at the malls and stores going by many different brands.
And of course always overpriced
Ha, samsung do the same too, I had a 5.1 system and the center chanel had a fake dome tweeter, apart the plastics rattles everywhere, but the nice thing about the speakers is they sound nice in a good cabinet and not in a cheap plastic crap
Love your vids, been watching for years. Keep up the work 👍
I love your videos. this inspires me to learn how to hook up home speakers to a big amplifier
Awesome video! I do like it how you mainly blew them up first then destroyed them! So we can hear what they sound like in their cabinets! And those Samsung sound bar speakers! They put up a fight, and then a smoke show! I was not expecting that.
You should wear hearing protection before it's too late
I agree, the bigger speakers and tweeters were really making some sound pressure, the foam tweeters in the DBs oh man surprised me, though they seemed to do more midrange tones when crossover was bypassed
Dude you are a freaking maniac .The guitar busting in half was the topper for me.Oh but not to be outshined by the anvil dude that shit was Metal all the way.🤘🏻
36:55 just the "oh..." LMAO
Your videos are really amazing. Just seeing you destroy those speakers really make me laugh to the point I fall to the floor in laughter. 👍🏿😄😀😂🤣.
I can't stop watching these videos, they're too awesome!
Yes! Finally! Love the videos bro. Please make more!
The way they popped out tho 😂😀
Those sound dynamics are a far cry from their early stuff. The S series are fantastic with great built quality. But those? It's sad
Thank you so much for doing this so I don't have to! Its so much fun but a lot of work lol
EXCELLENT!!!Another batch of goofy speakers out of circulation.Near the end-woofer cones hanging out of the frames and cabinet.35 years ago-worked for a commercial station-transmitter site duty.Showed up for my morning shift.Night the site is unmanned FM transmitters on remote control from the studio.OK-a REALLY bad thunderstorm went thru the area during the night. As I went into the building-main transmitter-control room at the site.first spotted the speaker grills on the floor for both FM monitor speakers.Looked up--the woofer cones hanging from the cabinets. The Crown D150Amp that drove them BLOWN!!!Speaker line fuses still intact. The woofers rebuilt by Veneman music in Rockville,MD-Amp rebuilt by Myer Emco Downtown Wash DC.Loved the speaker cabs vs g-fiddle-the body broke and the job finished with the fretboard and headstock-then the anvil!!!Small speakers up in smoke!!!Your amp is a real trooper---you haven't spooked it yet!!!
These videos are hilarious man! I want to hire you as my sound guy and smoke the crowd every show !😂
I have seen this under the “element” name at a flea market. I bought it and blew it up. It had some pretty decent drivers surprisingly, and the drivers looked exactly like the ones you had.
Nice show! Your laugh made it even better....i love wrecking shit and enjoy watching other ppl do so especially if they enjoy it!👏👏👏👏👏🖤😈❤😅😅
Never thought I’d find a channel i love watching
This is so entertaining lmao
Love the new sona ;)
Love these vids too!!
Luv your content bro, been subscribed for almost a decade I think
THAT IS AWESOME I LOVE THIS CHANNEL!
Thanks for using From Zero To Zed, Garret! Awesome!
YES FINALLY IVE BEEN WAITING FOR A DECADE!!!!!!!! W00
im surprised that guitar hasn't broken sooner lol you've had that thing for ages
Love the new Profile Pic!
I have an old aiwa scrap find, I enjoy with my life, I argued with my mom to let me keep it as we moved to a smaller place, even tho is not a top tier high end, the EQ is broken and I have 6 ohm speakers hooked to 8 ohm amp and, I would ship it to Garret for him to blow and smash it (it would cost more than twice the system itself, but it would be worth to watch)
Love the quality and editing leap, i watch this dude since I was 14
Edit: the compression at 23:13 did hurt so much
I was wondering if this soundbar is still plugged into main during 'disassembly' process
Pretty cool, I just dreamed about you uploading today 😉
17:59
Don't Count me against this because I could be wrong but I thought I seen those under a Brand name in America named sonic I am not 100% sure.
Happy to see you back it's been awhile. 😎👍
Go to watch his videos before I go to sleep or whenever I’m bored keep it up man👍
Nice to see man have fun for a change
I've seen those silver speakers branded as The Shaper Image.
I got a bunch of them from Bed Bath And beyond as returns
maybe around 2009. Didn't think they were that bad.
lol I had a crappy woofer from sharper image, I still do but I just cut the wire and wired a new sub to that amp so it sounds 1000 times better
@@TheJVCguy howd you do that?
Garret Claridge do more of these videos and i love it when you blowing up speakers please do more like that
Seeing big speakers blow it's my favorite 😂😂😂
haha the best video i have seen to date! love how they hopped right out of the basket .
Absolutely love how you rip the speakers to pieces once you blow em, that’s good for my OCD (edit) never mind...
Love this channel lol🤟
Post more love the vids find them fascinating and funny keep it up
GARRET, YOU STILL GOT IT, BRO!!
They made those Samsung speakers look like they where super fancy and edgeless
Lol u need the sub for it

Just what I needed! Speaker smoke!
@Garret Claridge Those no name black speakers go to a Victrola Record player/bluetooth combo. Model ITUT-420 BLK

Dude I fucking love your content I have been watching your stuff for 10 plus years
When the beat dropped on the tweeters I died laughing
Finally a vid :P
He is back 👍👍👍
I Love IT!
Nice set of klipsch kg4 in the back there, please...do not try to torture those lmao, those are keepers.
Tangents, two pairs stacked... they are amazing sounding and blow people away every time, i plan on restoring them in a video sometime been using them as i got them looking rough and cabs coming unglued but they still freak people out with the sheer impact of the music while being able to talk to eachother
@@GarretClaridgeMeerkat Oh yeah, great speakers, im an audio enthusiast, yet i get satisfaction by watching you blow up speakers lol, odd huh. But yes, those are collectible and seem to keep going up in value.
@@JukeboxAlley are you
don't know why but I love it 👍🏻
The rock inside the McLaren technologys is a chunk of granite or marbel
The rock is worth more than the speakers!

OwO some big speakers you got there maybe one day you can do something like the giant speaker from back to the future

Yo garret glad to see you again, hope you're okay!
Seen them types of speakers under the brand name of Emerson among a few others though I forget them names @17:20
It was kind of hard to watch the big floor subs go. Only because Ive been hunting a set for my home system for 6 months lol 😂
Hey sick lunchbox bro :D
You the Mad Scientist and the Only Cheap o Speaker Exicousioner of RUclips Dude I'm glad to see you Back and Still Doing it with the Knife🗡️ and Hammer 🔨that on those Smoking 🔊💨Speakers Straight Classic. 💯🔊💥 The Only Meerkat legend On the Block with the Videos that as good as it gets and is Back Again On the Tube and He's even better.
I digz the new picture, bro!
sealed cabinets don't allow for much excursion, thats one reason i prefer ported cabinets
Yeah I agree with u on that one cuz I have a sealed 250Watt Max surround sound system wired subwoofer
14:18 the twetter never dies
Only 400 likes? Nah this video needs more likesss!!!
Yup sure laughed at the last set of speakers that puked their cones out & plus the voice coils puked out too! 🙂🙂🙂
I love watching blowing speakers they make me satisfied and it's so cool that it spits the coil out and it gives you a fire show and sometimes the dust caps pop off when they are like hitting the Bass 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
What the hell is up with his teeth?
I've noticed that too
Right??
What the hell is wrong with that pfp
Dude he needs to go get some braces
lol he has no teeth now though 😂
1:45 those little speakers are from a anderson cd system
