Thanks for having great clean content. My 4 year old son and even my 2 year old girl love watching your videos. I appreciate something that's entertaining that I don't have to worry about filthy language while also learning about guns and gun safety at an early age even before I can get them out and actually shoot. Keep up the great work.
Man your kids sound awesome to be interested in guns and you sound like a great parent, too many people just flat out ignore basic gun safety. Respect to you, I hope you and your family are doing well.
@@Albatross0913 I think it's extremely important especially with the way the world is heading to have at least the basics. I'd of course like it if all my kids got It shooting but even if they don't I want them to know about them, know more about being safe with them, and have experience with them. Lack of knowledge leads to fear of them so it's very important. You too! Thank you.

there really is not alot reducing recoil on that barret.shoot one and you would know.and this elephant gun is one of the largest rifles that you could possibly shoot so it's a rediculous comparison.

One of the best visual demonstrations I've seen of the difference in all around power between a .44 S&W and .500 S&W are the results after you shot the anchor. Not just the anchor breaking but also the difference in crater size and depth.

Is there any way to measure the force of the kick safely? Maybe put the rifle butt up against some scales and see what numbers you can get compared to other firearms.

After seeing the grain structure,it's no wonder that the anchor being broken,instead of being bent.
Cast Iron breaks
Ya you know, uh, not mention, CAST IRON BREAKS. I get your trying be be smart and your kinda correct. But the big factor is not because of the gain for the most part it's because it's cast iron and because the anchors in that shape it puts tension in evey square inch of the anchor causing to break and shatter. If it bends that's very bad and a badly made anchor and poor metal

Wow, that round really kicks. Just picked up a Mossberg 500 Persuader/Cruiser with 18.5" special purpose barrel. I want to use it for bear defense while backpacking in Idaho and Wyoming. I'm interested in those Brenneke slugs or Special Forces barrier slugs.
Once in an 1885 Browning High Wall, reamed to 45-90, I shot a 600 gr Barnes solid, with a full load of nitro powder. That left a bruise, and when seeking to reload a new primer in the Bertram case, the new primer just fell out...... the case head / webbing not being strong enough for the pressure.

This round was William Rugers favorite for his African Safaris. He chambered Ruger Model 77 in it and a cpl other cals b4 he past away!
