- A gunman who reportedly drove up alongside a parked UPS truck in Orange County and fired several rounds at the driver, killing him Thursday has been taken into custody, authorities announced. KTLA's Chris Wolfe reports on May 16, 2024.

Irvine has a democrat mayor. 4 of 5 city council members are Democrats. Orange county Board of supervisors 3 out of 5 are Democrats. The Congresswoman Katie Porter's district which encompasses Irvine is a democrat.
Bro you know you’re talking about Orange County, this is not LA county. Authorities take their job here seriously and crime in this country is not taken lightly here. Reason for why I do like living in OC.
