- Michele Gile reports from Irvine, where investigators on Friday said that the man who shot and killed a UPS driver on Thursday also worked for the company and that the two knew each other.
His friend being that heart broken is a very sad

It's funny how people are already saying the victim was having an affair with the shooters wife. But i haven't seen any details about the killer at all! Just that they grew up together. Folks are literally making up motives. Until the police release some actual facts, don't buy into the gossip and fanciful lies. Workers shoot each other every day. Delivery is very stressful, and in union companies there are some employees who take advantage of everyone else. Not saying that's what happened here, but delivery jobs are very high stress.
I knew that company was crooked when I saw the salary for drivers.

I had an NDE (Near Death Experience) as a child, that I never should have survived. I was buried by a bulldozer in a freshly dug sewer trench and I remember leaving my body. When I was out of the body, it was the safest and most wonderful I've ever felt and I've been on the planet almost 7 decades. The irony of murdering a good person (presumably out of some form of jealousy) is that they are not the ones that suffer. Believe me, he is happy and free now. He is in a better place. The people who suffer are the ones who loved him and are left behind . . . his family, his friends, his co-workers. So this murderous fool, who will either be given the death penalty or spend the rest of his life in jail, has only succeeded in ruining his own life, and damaging the lives of his own family as well as those of his victim's loved ones. What a waste.

Went to HR. The first thing she said is do not retaliate. That's why I'm here so you can handle it. They did nothing. The witness lied. And became my supervisor. They promoted him. Can't make this $hit up.

Listening in to what they had to say.....something tells me that guy got jealous of him....maybe because of routes that HE wanted but given to J, then customers and clients always talk positive about J, and that killer dude was not so friendly. I work in shipping for over 20+ yrs and know that treating customers good is what my paycheck shows!

This just happened last week except the gun jammed and a guy missed a point blank shot. Very similar.
I know the video that you're talking about. The guy missed and got in his car and ended up getting in a shootout with cops and got clipped.

Special circumstances means they will seek the death penalty. The last guy executed in CA, Clarence Ray Allen spent 23 yrs on death row, he was convicted of a triple homicide and executed in 2006. Alfredo Rolando Prieto also spent 23 yrs on death row. He was extradited to Virginia and executed there in 2015. He had kidnapped, raped, robbed and murdered a 15 year old girl. He'd killed 2 others as well. It shouldn't take that long to carry out an execution.
