I JUST LOVE THE RUBBER SOUL - REVOLVER ERA. THIS WAS ALWAYS ONE OF MY FAVORITES OF PAUL FROM THAT TIME FRAME. YOU NAILED IT RIGHT DOWN TO THE OOH-OOH-LA-LA-LA. LOVE IT! GOOD JOB!
When people create beautiful art like this on the internet it causes me not to lose faith in the medium. I enjoy every minute of your Beatle covers and I'll think of them every time I see fake news, filthy, cruel comments, trolls, and other horrible things that infest one of humankind 's most promising inventions to promote real democracy and promote the enlightenment of the millions and billions. Looking forward to hearing more of your music, Miss Amy. Excellent and a joy to watch as well!
You always say"thanks for watching" in your videos... I say thanks for playing!!! I played guitar since I was 14 (now 57) and always wished I met a girl who loved and played the Beatles like you. unfortunately that never happened. Keep up the great work.. You're Fab!!
@@brdnahmean2574 Because we (old timers) were there at that time, when The Beatles played all those great songs, (I saw them in Stockholm in 1964), and Amy is doing damned good covers of the songs. Not that many girls sings the Beatles
I love this song from Rubber Soul. And I ususally don´t like Beatles covers. But...your cover is fantastic. Sounds like the original but still you manage to make it as your own. You´ve got it girl! :)
You cannot possibly understand how much I absolutely love your version ov “you won’t see me “ . I love you But Paul Creates the most powerful dominance of vocal power .just like “elinor Rigby “.
Amy, you really brightened up my March 2, 2018. You will continue to brighten up many more days throughout the year! Awesome cover of the greatest music ever.
Hi Amy, I was led here by a fan who asked me to check out your performance with the Mona Lisa twins at the Cavern. Lovely! Are there any plans for another appearance at the Cavern? It would be fun to join you guys on drums and have a proper all-girl-Beatles act :)
+sina-drums Amy is No 1 in this cover of You Won't See Me, right? It's in my favorite file with, Mona Lisa Twins - If I Fell & God Only Knows. You guys are the future, ya know?
Sina, Now that is a great suggestion! I would love to see you girls in a all-girl-Beatles tribute. You all share the same passion for these classics songs from the best band in pop music history.
To join the band is an incredibly good idea, Sina. I would love to see you working with the twins and Amy. I actually proposed that, and TJ VP said he had already proposed it. Go for it! Having a beatles fan/musician as a father ,you would be an absolutely competent Beatles drummer, wow!
OMG Sina, that would be an absolutely capital idea. I would love to see that. And for an extra added treat the girls could welcome as a special guest, the amazing Andrei Cerbu as they bang out Helter Skelter, Revolution, and Birthday. And even though, being in the states, I couldn't attend, to do this show at the Cavern would be an outstanding tribute to Fab Four. If this ever comes to pass this show has to be recorded for all of us too far away to enjoy.
The backing vocals part where she sings "no I wouldn't, no I wouldn't" is so sweet! What a great voice throughout the song as well. I also think Amy looks very doll-like at the keyboards in this video, interesting.
Oh oh... Little Amy's growing up before our very eyes! Lipstick! (that's new!), and eye lashes and makeup. And her talent continues to grow and excell! Now... is there a video of her joint performance with the Mona Lisa Twins at the Cavern Club in 2016? She mentioned it in her 'explanation' video, but... I can't find one on you tube.
my brother..retired nys trooper.. has played bass since age 17..he is 66 now.. up until corona.he has played in 2 bands at once often on east shores of Florida.. he ..loves..the bass.. he plays by ear.. he's quite amazing..he always tells me..the complicated bass.. in songs are so much more fun.. he doesn't like simple rock.. yea. cool. she's a lefty like Paul McCartney.. n the bass line is ..used much more than you would think
I'm so glad that I stumbled across your vids this afternoon. What a talent! Thank you for sharing it. Thoroughly enjoyable. Cheers from Temecula, California!
Wow! I love the Beatles. You do an amazing cover. You are so talented and you have a beautiful voice. It's so cool to hear you do all the parts so well. You are an amazing musician. You do sound like you put your heart and soul into what you did. I think Paul McCartney would be proud of you if he heard this!
Lovely rendition Amy. Enjoy watching you play all the instruments, mainly the guitars. I'm in the early stages of learning to play guitar at this later stage in my life.
outstanding job...much better that I could have done. I'm 65 and have been playing since I was 12....keep up the bass work. that is where you & I really shine.
Hello n hi amy!!!!! Welcome back,so nice n gr8t 2 hear u again!!! Hope yur feeling better?? Excellent cover version of a rubber soul track there!!! Top quality as always!!!!!😃👏💯%
Really good, as usual. Well, I just enjoy the entire pleasant look and feel of your videos---the nice settings and instruments. Well, the videos by Paul Moody, with whom you did a duet, have that same feel for me. As an American who doesn't know the types of accents throughout England, I was struck by your pronunciation of the long "a" in "engaged" and "age," in the first verse. Well, I'm sure I've heard that kind of "a" in English pronunciation, but I don't think it was in the Liverpool pronunciation of the Beatles. It added a little extra bit of fun to your version--well, for me, it did.
As usual, very nicely tracked and performed. So happy you got your voice back and I know what you've gone through since I've been suffering myself with different medical issues for months and hopefully in another week will be able to do some recording. Hope you'll be able to come out with some more stuff more frequently now that you're better. Looking forward to it!
THat was great, one thing i like about your vids, you show what a great bass player paul is,having played there songs since 1975 id say the bass is the hardest part,,,i have a 63 hofner (62 neck,no stip down the side) :-) stu
Your bass playing is really fluid and smooth. Of course, as you progress through the later half of catalog, Paul's lines get more melodic and complex. Sounds great!
Beautiful- I really enjoyed that- just like the original except with your female voice (voices). It's great to see what each instrument is doing. It's really something watching your fingers on the guitar. There are still many more fantastic Beatles songs waiting!
Only other person I’ve heard this cover from that I loved this much was Carol King. Just discovered you, but I know I will be listening to your music and watching your videos for a long time.
Anne Murray sings in this the band .CHICAGO.. on RUclips.. love her voice.. she's so beautiful. I have a concert.. she's pregnant..so. some shows of hers.. before n after baby.. she's wearing.. thin.lightweight . BAGGY shirts...
Hey Amy! This is me again! From other looong comment! I ough to tell you that I really love your Beatles covers, so I put it in parties! It's really lovelly to listen to those wonderful songs in a modern sound quality!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! And if you come to Rio de Janeiro to make a concert someday in anywhere, PLEASE tell me it before, ok? I would love to be in your concert! PS: I'm musician and compostor too! My dream is to visit those Beatles places like... Cavern Club where you played too ( I watched those vídeos yours with Monalisa too). Congratulations and hugs from Rio to you!!
5 years later and this is definitely one of the best versions of this on YT. Great work!!!

ever notice that almost all her commentors are middle-aged and senior-aged men? Not good or bad, just an observation

久々にこの曲を聴いて、この曲を聴いていた頃を思い出して、とても感動しました。ポールの作曲センスには驚くばかりだし、あなたの様な美人が演奏すると、また曲に美しさがプラスされて最高の曲に仕上がりました。
Amazing cover Amy sounded very much like the Beatles original version. I think your the best female cover artist on the internet.
Agreed!
It's "you're the best.." not your the best..
You cannot possibly understand how much I absolutely love your version ov “you won’t see me “ . I love you But Paul Creates the most powerful dominance of vocal power .just like “elinor Rigby “.
This could be released as a single and would jump to #1. Very well done.
Excellent ...And, i like voices too...Thank you.
The audio tracking are done fantastically! This is what I call a cover!
Amy, you really brightened up my March 2, 2018. You will continue to brighten up many more days throughout the year! Awesome cover of the greatest music ever.
