The creativity, the harmony's. Ever evolving ! Very few musicians or bands have recreated themselves and there music like the Beatles. In fact I cant think if any?
62 years old and been listening to the Beatles ever since 1964. I was 7 at the time and your cover of this song is absolutely fantastic. Keep up your love and dedication to the music and I know you'll excel in anything you do. BTW I got my son who is 26 now into the Beatles and his oldest daughter who is 5 now absolutely luvs their music too. It's eternal and everlasting.
@@robertjanse6933 Y'know. I like seeing people in their 60's comment on music they liked when they were younger. It makes me feel that people in their 60's and onwards can show people who are around 13 like me that they like that people my age like music they liked when they were young
don't be silly, you have to be in a boy band or doing shitty dance music to have a hit these days. good music doesn't get a look in with the media anymore. very sad but true
leslie lees I believe in the Beatles so much that I think they would actually be huge today. Especially considering they were not too far from being a boy band at the very beginning...
leslie lees Agree, but that doesn't change the fact they were mainly playing to a young, female audience in the beginning. Look at the first couple albums of songs...they evolved
I'm an real beatles fan and this is one of my all time favorites. This young lady is AWESOME I appreciate the fact that she chose this song she has amazing talent.. No doubt She knows music. I love it
This is the song that convinced me early on that John was a genius. What was going on then to inspire it? I say nothing; it's a whole cloth original, pure Beatle, pure John. If I were a songwriter I would want Amy to sing all my songs. Her renditions are straightforward and pristine in a way that respects composition and composer.
Bravo! Amy! I was a young lad in the '60s and I grew up loving the Beatles. I also liked to perform their songs on my guitar when I was in my late teens. You have really caught the essence of how the Beatles actually performed their songs, and I am really fascinated at how you have learned to play the songs from the perspective of each Beatle- John, Paul, George and Ringo! "I Should Have Known Better" was always one of my favorite Beatles tunes, and you have really done a top-notch job in performing this song including the harmonica (which I recall was John's work) as well as many other great Beatle hits! Thanks for the performances-- I truly have enjoyed watching and listening to them.
I love that you’re so young and sing these Beatles songs! Especially not all the “commonly known” ones by others that are not hardcore Beatles fans. You go girl! Super talented. You’re the entire band!
After seeing the movie “A Hard Day’s Night”, back in the summer of 1964, I scraped together the $3.98 (plus tax) and bought the sound track. The two songs I played the most were the instrumental version of this song and the vocal of this song. I am tickled to death that a young person has chosen to cover this song and has done such a wonderful job!
When I was a kid I remember going to the drive-in theater with my parents sitting on the hood of the car laying back against the windshield and watching the Beatles movie a hard days night. I have to say you have great taste in music
As a lifelong Beatles fan, I am truly in awe of this young lady's talent and her ability to do such great covers of Beatles songs. Playing all the instruments too....and the same ones the Beatles themselves used on the original recordings. The talent on show here is really quite something.....
Amy great cover from this small Liverpool Band, good to see some younger generation appreciate the classics and their music stays the test of time. Welldone
I have to add another comment😃 I live in a street with a lot of unit blocks.(in Australia) A few days ago I noticed a young couple walking out from across the road (I don’t know them) They were looking into my windows and smiling very happily. Surely must have been about your beautiful Beatles covers I was playing very loudly to the neighbourhood. Your songs bring so much joy. Your Dad is awesome too with the Everly Brothers covers with you, Beatles too. I’ve only just discovered your channel. I noticed Bowling Green recently with your Dad. Love it. I think a lot of your songs and videos are cultural landmarks that we need today. I’ll spread them around as much as I can
I can’t believe this video didn’t come my view until now. Great arrangement and coordination of your version of I Should Have Known Better.Like others, I grew up with the Beatles which sparked my interest in music and you have done the same for myself after all these years. Thank you for making this video. So well done.
Amy.. I would sit in my bedroom with a cheap old acoustic guitar, playing along to the Beatles records well.. trying to ? It was bloody hard work trying to find out what cords they were playing... no internet then, we didn’t even have a radio, there was nothing to help me, after a couple of years practicing I got there in the end, I was able to work out most of there great songs.. I was 17 then, I’m 72 now and still play Beatle songs on a Gibson j45. The Beatles music will never die, they were the greatest band in the world it’s so refreshing to see your generation enjoying them like I did way back then.. I know when my time is up there will be a Beatle tune playing in my head ! Keep up the good work.. G
Great job young lady. I love it when young people who weren't even born at the time that Beatlemania was in full bloom, are listening to and loving The BEATLES music and doing things like this and keeping their music alive. Keep doing what you're doing 👍.
I really enjoyed that. Talented girl! Nothing makes me quite so delighted as young people discovering the wonder of The Beatles. There is hope for the human race as long as this music lives.
Hi Amy, You are very talented. Excellent job on vocals and all instruments ... I really enjoyed your video. Thanks for the upload and all the hard work that went into it! Cheers, James
You are unbelievably fun to watch, you are playing my favorite songs so well, you are like a genius or something. Playing every instrument so well, and you are also beautiful and your cool facial expressions........you should be a star.
I'm Albert Jackson from the US. As a Beatles fan THEN and rediscovered in the 90 s I enjoy your videos I wish I could jam with you and your father I'm a guitatist/vocalist.
The side eye at the end killed me. Melted my heart. I've been binge watching for 3 weeks. I enjoy this stuff more than enjoyed the Beatles when I was a kid. I had an actual garage band when I was your age in the 1960s. We covered a lot of Beatles. Our weak link was always the drummer and the bass player as I think it is with alot of young bands-maybe because timing is difficult in many young brains. You have the full package Amy. I hope you are able to do music as a career
After seeing this thumbnail for a few days, this 67 yr. old Beatles fan finally clicked on it. Girl, you knocked it out of the park. Actually brought tears to my eyes. God bless your endeavors.
Amy you are truly amazing! That was a lot of work and you pulled it off! I just changed your name to "Fab Four Female" exceptional performance! Thanks for sharing! Take Care! Jim
47 years ago, I was headed to Parris Island Marine Recruit Depot. One of the last pleasures I enjoyed before becoming a U.S. Marine was a day at Dorney Park in Allentown, PA. At the close of the evening, "I Should have Known Better" was playing throughout the park. It is among my favorite songs by The Beatles and continues to be so. Today, it reminds me of those special moments with friends at Dorney. Thanks for a beautiful rendition of a fabulous song!
I would definitely buy this If it was on a shelf . So don't tell me what or what I won't buy . Because you have no taste in music is your fault fool !!!!
Excellent! You are brilliant! I'm 66 and grew up along with the Beatles emergence! Hard days night dancing in the playing field scene was hot joust across the road from school. We used to run cross-country round that field! We're talking 1962/3. So you bring back great memories of those early teen years! Thank you. You will go far!
Amy, thanks for delighting us with your lovely voice and bringing us back to those great years when The beatles shone in the musical sky, I grew up listening to their awesome songs, my parents loved them.Greetings from Peru!

I think when you sing "you're gonna say ..." on "say" you should stay in E (only Em changes to Em7 in rhythm). But I really enjoyed your cover. It is raw but it just what it needs to catch that innocence. Greetings from Russia!)
You know, if you had yourself cloned five or six times, you'd have a great band! Seriously, my husband and I are both musicians and we think you did really great job! (Our band does this song, too.)
I was on RUclips tonight looking for a different cover of 'I Should Have Known Better' and found yours. I hate to admit it, but I saw Hard Day's Night in a theater in 1964 (I was 10 at the time). Alright Amy, I won't bother you any more about maybe hearing you do a cover version of the Beatles, " It's Only Love" Which is my favorite song period. I know you'd knock it out of the park. Best wishes and take care. Oh yeah...., as usual, this was another great video!
Even after all these years, young people still appreciate this music. It is very soothing to the soul.
Sure is.

Am I the only one that thinks she kinda has Paul's facile characteristics? A nice video. Enjoyed thanks sweetie!
thought the same thing. Just that she's a lot better looking ;)
Milton Friedman: You were reading my mind!

A musical triple-threat! Nice job with all the instruments; good video
Give me more! ❤
The Beatles wrote many , many beautiful songs, but this bridge by Lennon (if he did write it and not Paul) has to be one of his best. Thanks Amy!!!
