NDAs can be great for businesses and collaborating entities. but I hate how abusive they can be sometimes. Sometimes it seems they overrule whistleblower laws meant to protect the person reporting illegal or unethical activities. Also I cannot think af a good reason a court should force someone to sign an NDA. The fracking industry is a big one for this.

Generally speaking NDAs are signed on the last page. However, if you are concerned the signer can initial each page
