These discussions hits all the key points! Im shocked it doesn’t get more views or attention from the general public. Well, in truth, I know why it doesn’t: The title of the videos. It’s not your title is bad, but more how it matches and relates to what the viewers that are interested in these topics are typing in the search engine. A lesson from how the mainstream media spins stories with they’re titles and how videos go viral because of they’re word selection in the title could definitely be learned and utilised here. When a government takes your property (your car, your house, your xyz) by statute, without compensation, and without trial, this is a violation of due process.
When a government takes your livelihood by statute, more specifically your ability to sell your labor, is this also a taking of property?

You have no idea just how bad. I'm going through court due to a bad breakup. She lied and now it's going on 4 years and that's after I demanded my speedy trial from the start.
Day Care and Law Enforcement must have well written skills in essay writing that is of university level. As a daycare provider, you must keep up with record keeping in order to be in compliance with rules of employment and law. Law enforcement are also equally required to keep authentic records of their work in legal matters to show authentically that they can demonstrate trust when testifying in court. The 9th and 10th amendments of the Bill of Rights protects any and all rights you can think up that God has given us, not listed, to the people. As so long as you do not interfere with the rights of another.
I have a preliminary hearing but have never been told I was arrested. I was violated of my civil rights and told “you are detain you till you show me respect” on 7/24/20. Then I get in the mail from a criminal complaint written on 7/31/20 on 8/6/20. I didn’t know till 9/1/20 when I checked the docket and it has further lies like the affidavit. I was never told about council but the docket says I was. I was never fingerprinted it says I was and it’s not scheduled till 9/6.
Everything is on several camera. When I get my fingerprints done that will be another violation of my 4th amendment. Several willful acts towards me on camera and these people ruins life for nothing whatsoever
This is not uncommon, its whatever these public servants can do to steal your money.

How do we actually go about obtaining equal protection of our own laws? I am advocating for equal protection of our own at-will employment laws for unemployment compensation in our at-will employment States as a simple means to solve simple poverty and our homeless problem.

is a person/group who is simply declared guilty of a crime and prescribed a punishment similarly situated to a person or group who, by merely legislative decree, is identically punished minus the express statement that a crime was committed?

I had my rights violated in so many ways & the defense attorneys is part of the system that has a prosecutors job description is to get as many convictions as fast as they can and judges, cops, clerks and defense attorneys receive job security from the number of charges filed and even convictions made.
I had to pay an attorney & still had to prove my own innocence by showing police report "mistakes" (lies).
Thank God for badge cams.

The idea that law is something so random negates the history of the common law and the failure of the justice system to keep the types of law from merging with the others as there is a clear distinction that standing in a fictional court is not the same as a common law court. But the game is obtaining jurisdiction and the application of a type of law in court that it is going to bring against another.
Like allowing a fiction to come against a non fiction person is wrong for obvious reasons. The fictional risks nothing the man the non fiction risks everything. And how can a fiction be harmed? It can't. The man surely is harmed when a fictional person is permitted to have standing in a court and the man doesn't in that court. How does our laws now reflect jurisdiction and standing absent a lawyer or acknowledging the man as an agent and not the thing debtor defendant or other that do not exist yet allows men a place without inheriant rights, prosecuted without an injured party as who will take the stand and say he was harmed by the defendant.
The courts fail to support due process and insure the people are fairly protected against men who make others defend their lives while the opposition has every right and the defendant is dependant on the statute that stipulates rights but fails to protect anyone's rights because that law is not within the jurisdiction of the inferior court and cannot be used as a defense. How can that be? If the rights already written and deemed the superiour law of the land why can it be ignored in the statutory courts? What gives the legislature the right to allow a copyrighted book that does not reference the statute within its pages that would reveal the real letter of the law and other remedies contained within it. It is not lawful to use language other than the common language of the people, there is a maxium that applies to this issue.

@@jbrand886 the issue is not a lawless law, but a law that is not law and cannot be law is the law of our courts. And that the courts are allowing, sending, ordering, the use of force when it conflicts with natural rights. The law requires not only equality but truthfulness and clarity. When judges do not know, acknowledge or seek justice then the letter of the law mutes mercy and after all that is the purpose of making a private law. To take what is not theirs and force the liberty of others to be subject to it. While they write themselves exceptions. This is the true crime of governments and tyrannical men. That they must make what is right a wrong not suffered but punished. Liberty says I will cause no harm and have freedom to do just that till the day I die.
The difference between an authoritarian and a republican form of government is that the rights of the People and the powers of government are defined by government in an authoritative government, whereas in a republic, the same are defined by the People. In a republic, the People are the sovereign authority and when the persons whom specific sovereign power had been lent and entrusted uses it to tell the People what their rights are and what the powers of government are, they commit treason against the sovereign.
The Police took my car for no license, registration insurance, when have the right to travel and without due process. That's why I'm sueing them

Due Process. is part of the USA, Const , having records redress of grivance etc, a Court
must be a Const, Court, empowered by Artical III. holding a high stand... You are talking about Adminstrative not Const.
Why no strict standards for police officers? Most departments accept GED and seem to prefer them. The Police Academies have pitiful curriculums if you take a look at your locals one.
All this over control of other jobs when actually our police dept says GED or equivalent. What is that. Diploma was listed separately. Push for standards.

Thats what one would tend to think because that's the way it should be, but our gov has run a muck.
Our so called justice system has failed us.

RED FLAG GUN LAWS?
Called this entities office first thing this morning and the receptionist was telling me that they probably wouldn't take my case because my case didn't sound like a case they would take even though i barely got out one statement before she was telling me that about a case that has a 30+ year history. Very quick to not help anyone with a very sincere problem that could cost me my life and even worse is the fact that there is no one that can speak to someone who does call with a disability.
No one should be supporting any group like this even if it hinges on a bad receptionist not wanting to do her job early on a Monday morning!
Thier attorneys what does that tell you.... I did the same thing with a company in Colorado and they told me about the same thing.. I thought i would get help but they are just like the A.C.L.U.. Thier pretending not to be a part of the judicial sytem but they are all connected...
This is how they recruit cases they know will bring them money... They make a little forum like this and hope people will call theme real smart move on thier part. That way they can choose thier cases wisely...

What is “Law”? It is the collective organization of the individual right for self defense (Frederick Bastiat, “The Law). Understanding this fundamental principle it paramount in understanding the principles of Common Law. There can be no “breech” of law if there is no victim. In other words, in order for there to be a breech of the law there much be a violation of an individual’s Life, Liberty and Property.
Civil law has been used and implemented to undermine Common Law which is based in Teutonic Common Law where the Common Law principles originated. Civil law is a socialist doctrine. Civil law seeks to “protect” society, but there cane be no society with there first being a free, independent and sovereign individual/s.
Let us take drunk driving for an example. If someone drives from a bar to his home without injuring another in their Life, Liberty and Property then there is no crime, no violence and hence, no violation of the Common Law. However, under civil law, it is supposed, that a drunk driver will commit a crime and so the drunk driver is arrested and charged with a crime against “society”. Yet, society cannot be named because there is no living soul called society. One cannot even use the name of a State as the victim as there is no living soul named “the State of-?. So, in essence, the law against driving drunk is ambiguous and this can be proven by one single statistic....the number of people who drive drunk time and again and are never caught. Where is that statistic? Did you know you have a better chance of being attacked by a shark than to be arrested for drunk driving?
