- A basic comparison of a couple Rec.709 Conversion LUTs I own for the BMPCC4K.
Mostly landscape shots, don't have too much footage with skin tones I can use.

Is it just me, or does default look the best? Natural 709 perhaps on some of the shots depending on the look you're after...
Their new Gen 5 version of the official Rec709 conversion is actually pretty good. It wasn’t great before. My only issue is there’s still a bit too much red in the shadows.
@@FilmTechNZ I actually like the way it looks. gives me a nostalgic feeling but again it depends on the footage ofc ;)

I'm new learning about luts. What's your favorite lut to use with the BPCC4k? I have the 6K, would the color grade conversion be the same with a lut applied?

Personally I think P4K2Alexa is my favourite, that said I also love Arri Look Neutral
how do you set the first CST color space? Do you set it to timeline of BM film.
what lut did you use in camera to preview with when recording
Can’t import LUTS to camera, no idea why, any suggestions?

Wich P4k to alexa Melara preset you applied ? standard , WDR , WDR roll-off ?
