Hello mam mujhe 2 saal se anxiety hai phle pannik attack 10/20 minutes k aate the pr ab mujhe pannik attack aate hai to 2 /3 hour rhte body me vibration hota hai or haath ko m us time movement bhi nhi kr skti us time haatho se puri treh energy chli jati hai ek pencil tk nhi pkkd pati kya kru mam plz help me bhut preshan hu is anxiety se khana bhi nhi kha pati anxiety hoti hai tb
I can understand bhook nhi lgti hogi, body shake krti hai and chest heaviness and oll. Simply visit to physicatrist he/she will make u feel better. Wo apko therapy denge,some light medicine denge jisse happy harmone increase ho and change ur routine visit temple. Read or listen hanuman chalisha and do deep breathing like anulom vilom daily 10 mins as a bignner. It will take some time but it will go but visit dr first.
