Wow, you are a brave, brave, man Henry Turner.... Those cliffs made me seriously whoosie and I'm safe at home watching from my tellie 😮 Again you have created more amazing photos with your signature gusto and passion .... Thank you for sharing such wonderful memories. Merry Christmas 😊
I dont think that any photographer has ever done an advent series, so innovative. Beautiful lighthouse. And location. I did see your live stream the other day. I didn't want this video to end! The light and colours. I bet you can't wait in a way to get home and have a nice good meal and a nice bed. Dedication from you, admiration from me. You are a star young man.
Henry the one thing that always comes across in your videos is your positive mental attitude and that is definitely a key ingredient to creating. Once again you captured the conditions beautifully and conveyed your experience through your images. One more to go and will be tuning in for number 24
That's the thing, you won't receive the gift unless you're present. What a gift this video is, the rugged coastline just kept giving (wind and all!) and your continued enthusiasm is contagious. I'm hoping we might get to see some more photo's of the area next, maybe even a sunset one, just off to watch the last one in the series now!
Lovely shot there at Mutton Cove! 🙏 You are most generous to share this series with all of us. You're a genuinely real being, a Mensch among men Henry!
Henry, thank you so much for taking us with you on your epic Advent Adventure. It has been interesting, exciting and inspiring. You must be exhausted but exhilarated with the huge effort it must have taken to get out, wander with cameras, get back and compile and edit the videos for your viewers consumption. Great work, Merry Xmas and have a great New Year.
Just as stunning as the previous episode Henry , epic images and views of the coastline . Getting to the end of your advent series they are just totally better and better , your energy and enthusiasm oozes into your photography which is the one main ingredient to creating the vision needed to creative art in your compositions . The backpack you are using the mindshift is excellent , I use them ,great quality and light weight . Looking forward to the next episode . Stay well .
Such a beautiful setting. And the gates. Wow. Everywhere you and Nigel go there are these wonderful gates. I so wish the US used gates like that. I find them intriguing in all their different styles and charming in the way they set the scene. I’m not sure I’d ever get past shooting the gates and styles.
I've never regretted clicking on one of your videos Henry, they've always been class and showed your enthusiasm! I'll be watching the last video! Cheers!
Thanks Henry. Been loving the series. It's so GREEN there! It even looked like you were walking past yellow flowers at 11minutes. Everything is so brown here (Colorado USA) this time of year.
Absolutely fantastic Henry, our capricious maritime climate never fails to deliver. It should be a life lesson for everyone, never say no to any opportunity ( unless it's life threatening) I set off to try and capture 365 days solstice to solstice and that was nearly two years ago and I still enjoy every moment and the connection with the natural rhythm of the year
Damn… help! How can i continue my evening routine, no new enthusiastic henry video’s……I will miss it more or less. Huge compliments you kept your motivation on! And it is so true it as Worth Going Out! Amazing scenes! See You tomorrow🎉
Another inspiring video. It is amazing how some people look for one perfect shot and then never get the shot they were looking for. I think that taking shots, as many as possible, makes the sessions that much more worth it. Like you said, get out and shoot as much as you can as you never know what little thing will make it worth every second. Thanks again.
I have always watched your videos being envious of the locations you go, but the last few as I know are local to me and I remember how lucky I am to have these on my doorstep.
Henry what another fantastic video. Sorry I must be one video behind I thought i was with you in the timeline. you have done amazingly well to complete the advent project and I for one have loved it. awaiting the final show. well done again. Danny
Henry, this is the first time i've ever commented on a youtube video. when I first saw you about a year ago, you aggravated me for some reason unknown to me. but I have come to love your photography, your enthusiasm and have especially enjoyed your Advent series. As a 72 year old who got into photography in retirement, i can go on your hikes with you and not have to notice how steep the mountains have gotten with every passing year.. Thank you so much for what you do and keep up the great work! Hey, Lent is only a couple months away. Another series................ ? :) Merry Christmas to you and yours !
In anticipation of the last Advent episode tomorrow and for all the inspiration and knowledge gained from you in the last 12 months, have a beer or two on me and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Heres to 2024 Cheers.
Great captures there Henry, I think I would have been a kid in a toy shop, shooting everything, lol, I take it you do the shot before you talk to us about it, cos sometimes I'm thinking Henry just get the shot before it goes, but then you show it, and you captured what you described, lol. Great work, thanks for the effort you have put in
"Bad weather makes good pictures" Sam Abell. Those skies made the pictures of the stormy seaside even better, you achieved some great results. I have really enjoyed the Advent series, Happy Christmas!
Another brilliant advent video Henry. Great location with stunning view's. Cornwall is not far from me, probably an hour away and i never seen to get there. Fantastic image's.
For you to say you shouldn’t be out, it must be bad, you are out in all elements. Just to reiterate what a lot of your followers are saying , thanks for this advent series 👍🏻
Seasons Greetings from Abbotsford, BC Canada. Just want to say thank you for your wonderful advent series. They must have taken a huge amount of time and effort (behind to scenes) to produce. I enjoy all your videos and am always delighted when there's a new one to watch. I am much too much of a photography neophyte to comment on any of your pictures beyond that they all have some sort of appeal to me. In an almost none photographic vein though I find your enthusiasm for what you do and for that matter, your enthusiastic zest for life to be both inspirational and infectious. Thanks for everything and have a wonderful New Year. Cheers, Phil
Henry you are such a joy to watch and look forward to every episode you produce your photos are class and your knowledge you pass on to us is so appreciated thank you 🙏 😊
Hello, Henry from Roseburg, Oregon, USA. Your advent series has absolutely been the best. I look forward to tomorrow's episode. It is always a joy to watch your latest post! Merry Christmas!
What a great Christmas present you have given us over the past 23 days Henry, looking forward to tomorrow but will miss my nightly fix, fantastic series.
Another great video. This advent series has been the best thing on the Landscape photography section. Ive watched every one and enjoyed every minute. Thank you so much. You never give up...thats a great lesson for a novice like me to learn
As you've been on the road so much Henry, How've you found the Jackery for charging up all your batteries etc? It's been so inspiring to watch this series. Thank you
Well,, what a Christmas treat you have given us all with this Advent adventure. A truly wonderfull time watching all of them and kind of sad the last one is tomorrow eve but fully appreciate all the time and work you no doubt have put into producing it all along with some great images. You deserve a well earned rest and some time off at Christmas. Many thanks again
Another great video. I have watched each one and your live view one. The knee thing that comes across is that you never give up...if the circumstances alter, you change with them. That, along with just getting out there.....2 precious lessons. I will be watching your last Advent video. Its been fantastic.
Great series Henry so many thanks for sharing your experience with some great pics & comments.... magnificent location for many opportunities to photograph... cheers & merry Christmas from Australia 🦘🦘😊
I have been really enjoying Mr Turners advent series absolutely top draw! No one else has been doing this and it takes a hell of a lot of hard work and passion. Thank you sir loving it.
Brilliant Henry. I booked the last few days off work to do landscape photography, and went down with COVID the day before. With my Christmas with the seniors cancelled and my photography stopped in its tracks, these videos have given me something to look forward too. Whilst I've been stuck at home fortunately with a very mild dose of COVID I've been practicing hand held slow shutter speeds with my 7Dii and 18-135 IS lens in the windy garden. I can't justify an OM5 so I just need to practice standing still and mop up the noise with Topaz or take 10 frames and stack for moving water. Big improvement in my hand held stability, especially kneeling makes a huge difference to how still I can hold the camera. I bet the neighbours were wondered what I was up to. 😂 One of the most useful videos you made for me was processing and the Orton effect. I recently tried the effect on a butterfly photo and it's fantastic. Thanks for sharing that one. Another is adding a white border. I noticed most people using a border online, and it really works for social media. Nobody discusses borders. Looking forward to tomorrow.
Well done and thank you very much Henry on taking us on an adventure almost every day this month . A great achievement . Every video has been excellent and I have enjoyed them😀👏
Henry get ya self to Kynance cove its beautiful! can't go to Cornwall and not visit there! and snap a pic at mullion cove on the way they are next door to one another, all the best merry Christmas!
I really enjoyed this Series Henry. It challenged me to get out on some of the wet days recently where I got some nice woodland shots. Thanks for all the effort (and mileage!) you put into this. Happy Christmas, I look forward to following you next year too.
Thank you very much Henry for this tremendous series of videos. I love your enthusiasm! Wishing you all the best this holiday season Happy New Year from across the pond. Wayne
Henry, another stellar video it looks like you go for the one-shot photograph, me being an amuture? Would you suggest i take more frames of the same picture with some variations on apature and shutter speed to cover all the basis ?
Thanks for taking us on your adventures! This has been a delightful treat! We’ve had rain and grey skies in Ontario, Canada for a few weeks and no snow. - very frustrating! Your grey days videos are an encouragement for me to get out there anyway. Merry Christmas and looking forward to more adventures in the New Year!
What a great series Henry - thank you so much. Wishing you a very merry Christmas and all the very best for 2024 from NZ. Looking forward to following along next year on your new adventures. Beautiful images and great inspiration for my forth coming seascape adventure at the top of the South Island in a few days time.
Nice one Henry, thanks for the Advent Series, thoroughly enjoyed them and also your choice and mix of music which adds nicely to the videos. Music is still very important to me and I've enjoyed your choices. All the very best for Christmas and the New year when it comes. Take care, see you tomorrow for the last one.🍷
Awesome photography. Awesome tips , awesome locations , well done Henry your a joy to watch and I admire your dedication and enthusiasm. Looking forward to your last video before Christmas , probably almost as much as you’re looking forward to finishing it , and tucking into the pigs in blankets and staying in for a few days R and R . Happy Christmas to you

I watched the last two out of order, so this was my 24th. Thanks for always being inspirational, Henry.

Thanks a lot Russ!!!
I enjoyed the live stream from that location. Thank you again. I can’t believe it was over an hour long as the time flew so quickly.
Thanks Henry. Been loving the series. It's so GREEN there! It even looked like you were walking past yellow flowers at 11minutes. Everything is so brown here (Colorado USA) this time of year.
Best advice ever...get out there! Only one to go and then you can get "your dinner" and a well deserved break!
Absolutely fantastic Henry, our capricious maritime climate never fails to deliver.

Thank you for the advent treat. Been loving this series. You rock.
Stumbled across Mutton Cove, Hayle many years ago when walking the Coastal Path - It's a stunning view from up there.
Another inspiring video. It is amazing how some people look for one perfect shot and then never get the shot they were looking for. It's definitely a good idea to stay away from the edge of the cliff there, no point falling off just before the end of the advent series!
This has been an enjoyable series mate. It's not just the quality photography but the person you are, that makes them so watchable.
