Please be aware of scammers below this video in the comments (and all videos going forward for that matter). They’re posing as myself claiming prizes have been won and to contact them etc. I have blocked them but they keep coming back. Really sorry about this guys but I don’t have too much control over it! Thanks for all the emails from those informing me of these comments (very helpful) and if you could report these comments that’d be mega. Cheers 🙏🏼

It would be great if you could do a video on how you post process a focus-stacked image with moving elements such as the windblown bluebells in the foreground. Also how you deal with exposure bracketed, focus-stacked shots with moving elements such as you did for the first image in this video. It definitely adds to the complexity. They turn out great so it would be interesting to see how you process those and get such nice results.

Yes, given how much those bluebells were moving I was amazed Henry mentioned exposure bracketing and focus stacking. I find I normally have to pick a shutter speed and then tweak the ISO/Aperture to get the histogram about right.

The blue drum is an automatic feeder for pheasants, shooting clubs put them out to keep the pheasants on they're patch, a bit like catching fish in a barrel, SPORT no way.

Another great video Henry working my way though some of your older videos. As others have said the blue hopper is for feeding gamebirds and as it's in the wood they will be for pheasants. I'm a former gamekeeper , we used to use 100's of these around the woods. At a time when the blue bells are out they are not in use.

I use to enjoy the beautiful English wood lands as a child, nice to see your walks and scenes. Lived in Australia for 40 years now, the photography, very arid, lots of reds/browns mix in most of the country. Perspective, so right about controlling it. At golden hour, I often just go -shotgun- shoot everything, different zoom and wides, and keep walking and shooting until there is no light, its really productive.

yes, 1st image was about the, light but the beautiful bluebells made a great foreground against the sunburst. Beautiful..
Love how you use the shadow to limit the amount of light in the image, resulting in saturation of colour in the bluebells.
The last image is stunning.. the play of light is truly gorgeous and all ground lines lead to the superb sunburst..
Thank you, Henry. A veritable feast for eye and brain.. i'm loving the colour contrasts too..

Light is one of the hardest things for a photographer to really understand, not so much the quantity but the quality. Digital cameras make it easier because you don't have to wait for film to come back from the lab and the quality of the images has gotten very good over the last several years without having to sell the farm to afford the gear.
Even My d500 can render some amazing images.

    Great set of images again!
While you were on about stopping at that tree and how nice it looked, I said, out loud, "Oh he should use the line of the fence to lead into that and catch the light on the leaves." Sure enough, 2 minutes later you were shooting the image I had in my mind. The texture and color of the moss did well with the leaves and the light. Well done Mr. Turner, well done.
Maybe in a future adventure can you talk about how you focus stack AND bracket in the same image? Manual process or do you let the Z7 do the work?
