  • Get ready to uncover Ivor Myers's (‪@powerofthelamb‬) shocking misinterpretation of Genesis 3! 🚨 In this eye-opening video, we dive deep into how Seventh-Day Adventist Pastor Ivor Myers twists the foundational story of Genesis to infuse Adventist theology, focusing on the concepts of the Sabbath, the Mark of the Beast, and the investigative judgment.
Is the dragon in this story? Does the dragon work through a beast? Myers claims a threefold union of deception-Satan, the serpent, and Eve-mirrors end-time prophecy. But is this biblically accurate? Our analysis exposes the unbiblical and historically bankrupt interpretations that have misled many.

    The Gospel of Jesus Christ:
Man is a sinner (Romans 3:23; 1 John 1:8) and our sin has separated us from our Maker (Isaiah 59:2). In His grace, God entered into His own creation in the person of Jesus Christ (John 1:1-14; Col. 1:19), born of a virgin (Matt. 1:23), and lived a perfect and sinless life, fulfilling all the Law’s demands (2 Cor. 5:21; Matt. 5:17), on a mission by God the Father to save sinners from condemnation (John 3:16-18, 6:37-40). He paid the penalty for sin which is death (Romans 6:23) and bore the sins of His people in His body on a cross (1 Peter 2:24), making propitiation by His blood (Romans 3:25). He died, was buried, and resurrected in the same body He died in on the third day for our justification (1 Cor. 15, Romans 4:25; Luke 24:39). By a living faith (James 2:18) in the Person and Work of Jesus (Romans 10:9-10), God graciously declares a person righteous (Romans 4:5), they are reconciled to their Creator (Romans 5:10-11), given Christ’s righteousness in full (Phil. 3:8-9), sealed with the Holy Spirit (Eph. 1:13), and have peace with God (Romans 5:1). They are born again of the Spirit (1 John 5:1, Titus 3:5), adopted into His family (Eph. 4:5-7), and are granted eternal resurrection life in Jesus Christ (1 John 5:11), set free to do good works that please Him (Eph. 2:10; 1 John 2:3-4). Jesus will physically return one day to judge the living and the dead (1 Peter 4:5; Acts 24:15; John 5:24-5), throwing the wicked out of His Kingdom (Matt. 13:41-3), but His people will be spared from the wrath to come (1 Thess. 1:10) to dwell in union with God forever (Rev. 21:3).

Then the man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she GAVE ME OF THE TREE, and I ate.”
Then to Adam He said, “Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it’:
1 Timothy 2:14 "And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression"
      Here are a few verses:
Adam was not deceived, he listened to his wife Eve. Paul clarifies that Adam did not eat the forbidden fruit because of the serpent's influence. Meaning if Adam was with Eve at the moment the serpent spoke to her he would've rebuked the serpent. And neither man nor woman would've partake in the fruit. Look at 1 Timothy 2:14, he was not deceived, he purposely transgress God's command because he listened Eve instead of God.

This is actually woke me up to the lies of the SDA church. One night, I saw something about Adam being with Eve at the time of the first sin, which I was taught she was alone. I shrugged it off for the night and went to bed. But at 4 am, after a restless night and I couldn't sleep until I read the verse myself. Yup. The very first sin I was lied to about. It just spiraled from there. Now, I'm just sick to what was programmed into my brain. I'm seeking. I'm learning. Thank you for this opportunity. God put this purpose in you, and I thank Him for that. For the true Gospel. Chains are being broke.

Eve told God the serpent deceived her
Adam told God he listened to his wife that God gave to be with him as the reason he ate the fruit.
      Adam is not being misled.
Just try to picture it, Adam not being deceived but standing there silently while his wife is being lied to by a talking serpent under a tree that God expressly told them not to eat from, and he's just watching his wife talk to a talking animal that says sure go ahead.
Does that sit right with you?
What man would not stop his wife from eating from a tree that he knows would kill her?
If you have significant other, don't you think he would slap it out of your hand, say something to the serpent, or do something before you ate it?

Adam couldn't have been standing next to Eve when she spoke to the serpent, it doesn't say that in Genesis.
If he was, that means Adam, understanding completely the consequences of eating the fruit, and with knowledge that the serpent lied (1Timothy 2:14) would've kept quiet, watched Eve being lied to, watch her take the fruit and eat it.
Keep in mind also, that you only see Eve talking to the serpent, so in this video they are saying Adam just stood there quietly knowing the serpent was lying and waited for Eve to eat the fruit.
What man would let his wife eat poison if he knew it poison?
Noticed Eve said “The serpent DECEIVED me, and I ate.”
And Adam said "The woman you put here with me-she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it"
Adam is actually casting some of the blame unto God, but he NEVER claimed to be deceived. Adam is essentially saying "I ate the fruit because the woman you created for me gave me the fruit to eat."

Because, If he was that means he KNOWINGLY watched his wife being lied to about eating a fruit that would potentially kill her and said nothing and did nothing to stop her from eating it.
What kind of husband is that?
Picture this idk if you're married but imagined you're Adam, knowing what you about sin now, and you are standing next to Eve, would you stay silent as she being lied to?
Would stand next to wife, and allow her to eat the fruit?
Would stand next to her and not call the serpent out on his lies?
Would you stay silent, watch her eat it?
Think about it, Adam KNEW eating the fruit would result in death. If he ate the fruit because he listened to his wife, don't you think he would have physically stopped her if he had to if he knew eating it would result in death?

There is this thing in Adventism that I have observed, if one has a point and determined in that point, working in all due diligence toward that point, no matter the underhanded dealings, or lies, or manipulations going on in the background by the movers wanting the point, but pray about it within the congregation because they need more prayers and want the people on board for the same point the hierarchy are working toward; and when the point becomes reality they will all claim that God mightily answered their prayers, the background dealings are never known by the members. The members will thus once more be bamboozled into believing that God is on their side. The hierarchy will continue with the point they are working for and had been working on and planning and they probably even (at least some) deluded themselves as well to believe it was God who made the point manifest.

Wow. This is a prank right? 😢 What these two guys are accusing Ellen White and Ivory Myers of they are doing the very same thing. This is comical. It must be a new style of religious comedy for Christians.😂

@@davidmarham9272 I think you misunderstood my comments. What I meant was those who are attacking Ellen White and Ivor Myers and what they are accusing them of they are doing the same thing. This is a joke that other Christians will attack other Christians and then expect people to go to there church. This attacking of SDAs is old and tired. Jesus says love God and Neighbor. It also says love your enemies. For any Christian to attack other Christians or people is wrong. Christians expose false teachings and in love try to go to address false teachers privately first and then address them and their teaching openingly. What I'm hearing is a bunch using and attacking SDAs and Ellen White to try to justify personal, tradition and denominational worldview that are not even biblical. I agree with exposing the false teaching, but attacking people no that's not biblical. Jesus said beware of the leaven of the Pharisee. Then Jesus presented truth, biblical truth to show the people why. I'm waiting for the biblical proof to show Seventh-Day Adventist where SDAs are wrong. I'm sick of hearing people saying Ellen White said this and Ellen White said that but what about what Jesus said. I have found more Non-Adventist talking about what she said and not pointing out what SDAs believe biblically. This is disingenuine. They are not being honest. If we are Christian let us all come together and study together instead of rearing each other apart. It shows how much we really know about God when we do this.

God holds Adam accountable because he sinned knowingly, out of too much love for Eve. He felt that he would not be able to live without her, and so he consented to share the same fate with her. You do well to read from the wonderful inspired books, for many have not read them. Thus through you, perhaps many will be prompted to take up reading. Especially books aimed at the fulfillment of prophecies that are clearly taking shape in our days!

      Your comment not thought out.
if Adam ate out of love for eve ,he would have said that to God. Instead, He blames Eve and says “the woman you gave me “. You don’t throw people under the bus if you love them. Especially your wife.
So Adam loves Eve so much he is willing to die, but then he throws her under the bus??

@@Sotmh21 He's par-roting Milton's "Paradise Lost" without realizing it. I just listened to a 40-minute summary of it last night & EGW followed the plotline almost verbatim.

Nothing like that can be found in scripture.
Adam was present for the exchange between Eve and the serpent, he should have intervened then, but did not.
The teachings from SDA and Watchtower are almost identical, and both cults put their own spin on scripture.
