My mom is 95 and lives in a senior care center as a result of falling numerous times. She doesn’t stay hydrated and won’t eat unless she likes the food (cookies and sweets). I’m 75 and can understand how easy it is for older people to become depressed. Your grandma has good people looking after her.👍👍

I watch your videos all the time but this title made me click so fast because I just lost my cousin to depression/suicide and this is suicide awareness month. I never paid attention to depression and mental illnesses like I've had these last 2 months. Anybody who reads this know I love my cousin and never saw the signs and wish I would have just one more moment to let him know how much I truly love him and how important he is to my life.
