Today is my first time watching both NOW fishing and Outdoor. Lucky me I discovered them side by side, and lucky for clicking on a video with both of them in it. i live on the LongBeach peninsula & clamming is an absolute Blast. i like to use the "clam gun" just to get the top sand off then reach down in the hole and grab 'em by hand. current toxicity levels have CxL'd clamming till Dec.

For real! I think I’ve been watching Taku and Jocelyn for a little over a year now? Maybe two years and some change? I started watching Taku’s videos in fall 2018 I think or spring 19! I’ve also commented how I’ve rewatched ODCL’s videos many times. Especially the fish taco ones! Hahaha

I just finished making a pismo clam cocktail from the ones I caught here in San Diego, and log on to see you do this episode. Many ppl haven't had really fresh seafood like this. The sweetness usually can't be bought. And dishes like the one you just made won't be profitable for a restaurant. Fresh catch and cooks are the best. Brings back memories.
Dude awesome you got to go out razor clamming! There were a couple digs they had to cancel due to the acid levels. Definitely a PNW staple!

Hope you loved WA! Future reference for clamming, never push your clam gun straight down. You will almost crack them everytime. Face the water and dig in diagonal direction. Love your vids!
