Wow I thought I had my tomatoes spaced closely haha! (9in-12in apart for me) Thank you for sharing your experience. Looking forward to seeing how it all turns out!
Nice video on blight, sorry you have to battle that just got to fight the blight ,still early ,maybe try in a complete ly different location or try a resistant variety keep fighting the battle all us old gardners had good seasons and bad we learn from our mistakes and challenges love the videos keep the cameras rolling
❤ Enjoy your video. I’m in California and my tomatoes have tons of tomatoes and waiting them to ripen. Sorry you have blight. I always remove bottom leaves but we are dry not arid.
The humidity was 50% here yesterday, and it was hard to breathe. Dreading the days of 90+% humidity! I’m so glad for your tomatoes! 🍅 keep up the good work! 😊👏
It depends on if they are determinate or indeterminate ( determinate ) are a bush type ( indeterminate ) are a vine type Don't prune the determinate type
Sorry! Should have clarified. I believe I did mention that in my first video about blight, & I believe I referenced it in the current one. However, we pruned and fertilized blight-ridden determinates last year with good results. Either way the plant will succumb to the fungal disease from what I have experienced, so I figured give it a try.
I see a few flea beetle spots on the video I showed and on some of the leaves, but the black spots are definitely fungus from what I can find out. We’ve battled this every year in this humidity. Regular sevindust, neem oil, etc. doesn’t touch it. It just spreads until the plant dies.😭😭

🤣 I get closer every year! Next year I might have them planted one inch apart! 🤣🤣 thank you! 😊

@@harmonhomestead7434 I would do the same thing lol
Could it be flea beetles ?

@@harmonhomestead7434 Agree on both counts.
I think tomatoes are just going to have the blight.
Down here I believe they will!
