After a police chase with an otherworldly being, a New York City cop is recruited as an agent in a top-secret organization established to monitor and police alien activity on Earth: the Men in Black. Agent Kay and new recruit Agent Jay find themselves in the middle of a deadly plot by an intergalactic villain who has arrived on Earth to assassinate two ambassadors from opposing galaxies.

It's funny to see as an adult because all he had was some initiative.
I find it fun that after watching MIB 3 you realise he HAS to get J onboard to make sure that J can go back in time and fix everything
As a kid you thought J did everything wrong, but as an adult you realise he passed with flying colours.

"Little Tiffany" I always laugh at that. This little girl cut out has been there that long without someone shooting her, they decided to name her
I never appreciated how brilliant the testing sequence was. The tests were there specifically to see how they approached situations and thought outside the box. J was the only one to pass. Nobody else thought to use the table and everyone else blindly shot the aliens without thinking.

The test scene if you don't know wasnt about the test at all. They were looking to see who would be the first to use the table. You think that Z sat around with his red pen after the exam going through exams. They just wanted to see who would be the first to use the available resources.
This scene represents everybody's first day of our job/career!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Such a groundbreaking movie. No endless hero flicks, starwars remakes, 80's remakes or bloody music biopics. Just pure sci-fi comedy and great on-screen chemistry.
Funny how just before this scene they where in a restaurant laughing, then J wakes up and K gives him a card?
