Jesse, coasters have 3 pairs of wheels, usually 2 roller wheels, the ones on top, 1 or 2 up stop wheels, the ones under, and guide wheels, the ones on the side of the track, they can be on the outside, or inside of the track, depending on your cross ties, the little bars in between rails. EDIT: The pairs of wheels on each side is called a bogey, and those have 360 degrees of rotation in every direction, now, since this would be to laggy for ROBLOX, your idea wasn't bad at all.
