How would the program check if someone typed in the correct word? Because if the correct word has been already entered into the program then why would they need users to be the ones transcribing it?
I don't get it. If it does not know what the correct answer is, how would it verify what we typed is correct. And if it does know the right answer, how are we helping with anything? Just curious.
As mentioned in the video, if 10 people answer the same thing then it thinks it's correct. It's more unlikely for it to be wrong cuz a group of friends getting the same captcha and entering wrong letters to prank is rare.

They probably have very robust prediction models that mostly have correct answers, we're just improving it.
