Hello, thanks for the feedback. Will you share your thoughts once you get them? There are so many comments from viewers, who are eager to find out more about these bikes.
www.radpowerbikes.com I bought two Rad Rover 20mpg with pedal assist , 20 miles one charge, $1500. Costs $1000 just to add electric motor to normal bike. Search rad rover review. Fast enough and can be used most locations. 950 miles so far 👍 Best toy I have ever purchased
These electric bikes are toys, KTM has one that looks really good, but you barely get an hour of riding time on a charge, then you have to recharge it for an hour or more. You could get extra batteries for it and swap them out quick, but at the cost of 3,600 US dollars per battery it's laughable. I prefer the extreme power, speed, and affordability of real dirtbikes that you can ride non stop all day with a can of gas. Electric bikes are a novelty item and a leftist pipe dream 😂
Great to see a general overview detailing the mechanical specifications AND also seeing these e-Bikes in motion. So many videos are of people talking in front of an e-Bike without seeing the bike in motion. So thanks for the compilation. SUBSCRIBED!!!
Those prices are insane, might at well buy a motorcycle or scooter, then again you will save money by not having to purchase insurance. You can basically park anywhere without worrying about fines. Good for New York City.
These things need to be regulated, selling something that goes at 60MPH equipped only with bicycle brakes is manslaughter, I hope the manufacturers are held to account when their products kill people.
0:42 The boost setting... us it unlock the bike speed of 50 miles per hour. 0:50 the Eco mode however limits the top speed to 50 miles per hour. With both top speeds at the bike being 50 miles per hour So what is the differences between boost and eco setting?
Hello, thank you for your comment. The manufacturer has different models, some of them do have an eco mode with lower speed limit to make the bike comply with certain regulations. All of the information comes from official website of this bike maker.
They sure look cool. But you gotta use a Clothespin and Playing Card on the spokes to get that cool Motorcycle sound, and that really slows 'em down and eats the battery faster.
Just slap on a speaker and add whatever sound effect you want. Maybe a Boeing Jet Engine? Or just copy the Harley LiveWire, ruclips.net/video/9SVhC99PFKc/видео.htmlm11s

THESE ARE FOR SALE ALL OVER THE INTERNET SECOND HAND BECAUSE THE BUYERS DID NOT ACTUALY DO RESEARCH ON LAWS , AND WERE TRICKED INTO BELIEVING THE AD. THEY ARE NOT STREET LEGAL AND ARE NOT SIDEWALK LEGAL. FOR PRIVATE PROPERTY USE ONLY OR IN THE MOUNTAINS TRAILS....IF YOU RIDE ON THE STREETS WITH THESE YOU WILL GET A TICKET FOR OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE THAT IS NOT LICENSED OR REGISTERED, AS WELL AS YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE PROPER DL TO OPERATE IT...I SELL ACTUAL E BIKES AND KNOW THE LAWS ON THIS. BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH. THESE ARE NOT BICYCLES
Hello, thank you for your comment. We have stated that these are too powerful for public roads but some companies sell slower versions of these bikes and it is important to consult both your local regulations and the seller before placing an order. We are all for road safety but still rules and regulations differ greatly. If you have experience selling ebikes, can you please take some time to explain the viewers what current limitations are? In the US it's 500W and in Europe it's 250W, is it correct?
20 k for a bike? hahha, maybe factories directors eat crap, i can buy a inWheel brushless motor for 400 bucks and i can have an electric bike perfectly right now
Hello, thank you for your comment. The bike that you are referring to is a low production model that is used to showcase some the latest inventions in this industry. This product is not for everyone but it can serve a good purpose for the future ebikes.
Prices are relative. You can get water out of a tap but people still buy that daily. You buy a take-out meal rather than making it yourself, right? Many of these bikes are for riding enthusiasts rather than those that are hobby builders re-crafting and extensively modifying a bike. Here, you're purchasing a lifestyle, a warranty & guarantee aftercare service and a bike using a combination of what those companies believe to be the most apt parts. You'll be paying for their research & development and manufacturing costs and the convenience of having it presented to you on a plate.
@@Datacube Dont need to plan or pre plan now. Just build a good bike. DIY kits are already past prototyping and ready to ride with a motor kit and battery. People who have seen any diy builds are already in a mind set of knowing not to spend 3-4000 dollars on a these builds. way over priced bro. The 3000 watt cyclone and a 52 volt battery is a solid build on an aluminum frame. For a fraction of the cost. Even if i built one, I cant justify charging that amount of money for those or any business builds. Theres no difference in what is used as components, its still a mid drive or hub drive or battery etc... all the same
This is a super idea. Could be used in all major cities for commuting & that alike. The trouble is, is the price. $800 - $1000 & you could aim it at the masses & solve a lot of problems overnight.
I had a dodgy friend who strapped some sort of motor that ran on petrol , to his bike very very crazy. Made climbing anything easy , only cost him 200 quid altogether
10:18 I built a DIY ebike, all wheel drive .... can do 32.7 mph and it only cost me $1,100 ........ so I ask you. What is this $7,000 cost coming from? I know... the instant response is to "anything you create, mark it up for sale at 1,000% the actual cost." No. Sorry. Anyone who buys an ebike from established companies are being ripped off. You can do the same thing as any "high roller money seeker" can do by just doing it YOURSELF. Grow some intelligence and some motivation to DO IT YOURSELF. You'll get the bigger payout in the end. I've ridden my build for nearly 3 years, no issues other than the occasional and unavoidable flats and necessary maintenance. But the cost I paid vs what I am seeing offered for sale?........... Yeah..... I'll just do it myself thanks.
Mine was roughly 1300 usd including everything (frame, wheels, brakes, etc), can do 55 mph (90 km/h), it has a 3,4 kWh battery pack, 104V nominal, 20" wheels, 3kW hub motor, it's just insane, range at 25 mph is around 70 miles (110 km). So yeah, DIY is a much cheaper and better way.
I have bought two 4wd Toyota trucks, two 4wd Jeeps, 4wd Dodge truck, and Mercedes 300D for less then $5,000. Nice to be able to take passengers, tools, cargo, have heat, and a place to sleep, versus a bicycle.
Hello, thank you for your comment. Do you think that it's a valid comparison? There are mountain bikes that cost over $15K and still people buy them because they want them and they feel they need them. Not all trucks could reach places a mountain bike could, so there is a specific tool for every task, not a universal one.
Some information about durability/reliability would be good. Additionally these should incorporate some of the motorcycle style center hub storage containment systems. Also run flat/non air tires are what are starting to integrated.
Hello, thanks for the feedback. At these price points, these bicycles have performance similar to electric motorcycles. But because of smaller weight and compact size, they tend to get slightly better range.

I would like to know more specific details on the batteries which is in my opinion one of the most important parts of any e-vehicle.where there produced and by whom and of course any specs on it.
Hello, thanks for the feedback. The batteries depend on the model (so it's better to direct ask questions like these to people, who make these.) But we have seen many manufacturers use the same batteries as in Tesla battery packs.
hi, new to high-performing e-bikes here. could someone explain to me why some of these are double the price of a brand new Japanese dirt bike that's comprised of so many complicated, intricate moving parts? i'm a bit confused...is it the battery? i get that they use lithium-ion cells, but c'mon. c'monnnnn. sell me:
Compare the power to weight ratio as well as the components. Some e-bikes cost around $750 on Amazon and Walmart, others $7K. A good set of carbon 29 inch wheels for my mountain e-bike cost $2K, no sprocket, just rim, hub and spokes. I could also get the cheapest aluminum wheels for about $100 a set. They make awesome aluminum wheels as well. A killer front fork is about $1200 and up, cheap ones are $120. You can get a nice Fox Factory fork for around $800. Japanese gas powered dirt bikes have been mass produced in China for some time now in a well established market. Volume also makes a big difference. Also note worthy, does not affect the cost but, electric motors have full torque from a stand still. Either way, drive fast and take chances, Barclay.
Hello, thank you for your comment. Which Japanese bikes are you comparing them to? Those go for $6K new, only a couple of these bicycles fit for the "double the price" description...
Everytime a company builds a kit on a bike they think its revolutionary and one of a kind. Only people who spend 3-7000 dollars on a bike build has never seen a youtube video hahahaha! I should build one for sale. I WANT 10,000 DAMN IT! JIM IM ONLY A DOCTOR DAMN IT!
You have to add the Luna Apollo. It is new and for me the best Ebike at the moment. It has a carbon frame, a real middrive motor(most bikes in your video have a hubmotor that is mountet in the middle of the frame. the apollo has also a very good battery and Sram Eagle 12x Shifting. The motor is made of magnesium, it has a torque sensor which makes it possible to ride it like a real bike but the motor always adds the power in relation to your power. that means if you pedal harder it instantly adds more power...it feels like riding a bike not a motorcycle. But it also has the throttle... Bikes like this costs 10-14k (spitzing m1 for example)...the Luna Apollo costs about 5k which is insane. I would buy it if it was not out of stock. At the moment I ride a Cube Stereo SL which is worth 5500$ it has a 250W Bosch CX Motor with 500Wh Battery and aluminium frame...the Luna has 2500W with 1300Wh Battery and carbon frame
hey man i sell a bike similar and I think you may like it more.... www.buildyourebike.com model TR5 it is same motor... and have 21ah removeable battery ! easy to charge... price is bit better and made to order.... MEDIUM LARGE OR EXTRA LARGE.... not one size fits all because we all know thats bullshit one size never fits all... when your paying 5000+ USD you want bike that fits you....
The Delfast bikes are obviously the most top of the line beasts. 5 grand is still extremely cheap for an ebike that i can literally go on a road trip with through several states and back home
Datacube: awesome facts and interesting top lists I didn’t think the bikes were in the price range they’re in. The price of a new Honda CRF450R is over $9000-USD. Thats why I said a used dirtbike. If I knew the Vector could be as reliable as a dirtbike, then the price is understandable. But for something that’s battery powered and on such a small frame, to me the price is questionable.
Datacube: awesome facts and interesting top lists. Well that's kinda the point isn't it? Someone feels like a used bike is more reliable than your new one. He does have a good argument
4:37 - thats actually wrong. my bomber can peak at 10kw. the 6.2kw is nominal. 10kw upgrade kits are done to order. that said, thers also 30kw prototype mid drives now.
Hello, thank you for your comment. Those are official specifications for the bikes. Do you think that it would be possible to installed a bigger battery in such a limited space on the bicycle?
Good show.I put a 1000w 48v front wheel kit on a cheap used downhill style bike.Pedal assist is great.Soon will be 5 years old its my only transportation.30mph on the flat with hybrid tires is just fine for me.
After i upgraded the suspension front & back +12ah battery around $1100.6ah battery that came with kit i killed with the throttle before my knee surgery.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. These are not for everyone, as only a very specific consumer segment would want to have these and know how to put them to use.
Or, we look at www.leprechaunincorporated.com/transportation/ebike And pay less than $2,000 36-volt 250 watt ebike beach cruiser. St. Patrick's Special goes through March. Type "delivery" as a coupon at checkout, and watch the shipping charges disappear.
People that say that electric bikes are too expensive and that they can get a used car or motorcycle for the price are not considering the extra prices they would have to pay for the car or motorcycle! Things like gas and insurance easily adds up to $200 a month! Electric bikes pay themselves off!
Most if not all of these electric bikes battery power time, is pie in sky exaggerated and the prices are ridiculous. Until they bring prices down, gas powered bikes certainly more practical, especially in north America where colder temperatures are normal.
These bikes have extremely expensive components as the manufacturers seek performance and range above all. Hence the price rag. Also these bikes are a lot harder to put together than a bicycle. I cant justify how bicycles for the tour de france can be more expensive.
In the Uk you could take this bike with you on a train so you can commute at th other end or take it on holiday. You can go past a speed camera at 40 mph in a 30 mph area without problems. Do that on a motorbike.
Gave a lot more fun on electric bikes - smiles per miles - how many times have you done 30 miles on a normal bike & wanted to chuck the bike in the river & get the bus home ????? That s the difference you can get there & get back home on1 charge & had a blast all the way ! Try it ? I have a SPITZING m1 ? Unbelievable bit of kit , max speed 45 mph but you have to pedal , so you are getting fit at the same time aswell 😂👍👌💯🇬🇧
I'm 3 years old/new into my passion and Learning everything that peaks my interest about learning new things and please correct me if I'm wrong but these electric bikes from a bias pov here 70% of e bike full suss are set up like motor cycles just with peddle assist that why I dont class them as bikes and the purest comes out in me if its not pure human your not a cyclist some think differently and that's cool to gives us teal cyclists a challenge pmsl
alex cantlow rite where I live there’s loads of hills , when I go down them , I have to climb all the back to the top , on my normals aspirated bike , it absolutely kills after 5 times up & down , so I thought these electric bikes gets me to the top in a crack & ive burned no energy & gives me more fun , as I’ve said in the last comment , when my legs go to jelly that’s the finish & I hate the bike 😂😂😂😂
you fuck the motor 32kw are you dumb? just cause a controller can give more power doesnt mean it has that much power.... sur ron is a motorbike / dirt bike with 5kw
250cc Yamaha dirt bikes in a modified state put out over 40kw. given the gear ratio of the first 3 gears... they run like they have 160kw! 117 octane goes in the tank faster then ya can find your charging cable. idles at 45mph... same throttle position as sitting at a red light.
Wow it about time the future of bike riding is finally here every single bike advertised and style are awesome 😎 right down to the old time classic look bike great bike innovators aight aka 👑KingRichee
Hi guys, how about using Graphene Capacitors instead of lead acid or Lithium batteries? HAY ! Big advantages, check it out. So,so many advantages over those other mentioned energy storage.

Very nice comment with some good points being made.

Does anyone have the link for the second bike
Go to www.secondbikelink.com
Those vector bikes cost well over 6k$! Where did you get that 3000$ price tag from?
At the moment I ride a Cube Stereo SL which is worth 5500$
it has a 250W Bosch CX Motor with 500Wh Battery and aluminium frame...the Luna has 2500W with 1300Wh Battery and carbon frame
hey man i sell a bike similar and I think you may like it more.... www.buildyourebike.com model TR5 it is same motor... and have 21ah removeable battery ! easy to charge... price is bit better and made to order....
Pretty cool video, despite the pedantic dialog. Half of these, though, cost =more= than a Zero FX.
Can’t believe you didn’t include the SurRon X!
Price: $2,999-$4,499?!?! I would much rather buy a used dirtbike.
Hello, thank you for your comment. How much did you think these were? Also, why a used dirt bike, not new?
Datacube: awesome facts and interesting top lists I didn’t think the bikes were in the price range they’re in. The price of a new Honda CRF450R is over $9000-USD. Thats why I said a used dirtbike. If I knew the Vector could be as reliable as a dirtbike, then the price is understandable. But for something that’s battery powered and on such a small frame, to me the price is questionable.
Do you think that comparing a new product to a used one is fair?
Datacube: awesome facts and interesting top lists. Well that's kinda the point isn't it? Someone feels like a used bike is more reliable than your new one. He does have a good argument
Even if I could afford it, i wouldn't spend that,,there ugly to boot.
4:37 - thats actually wrong. my bomber can peak at 10kw. the 6.2kw is nominal. 10kw upgrade kits are done to order. that said, thers also 30kw prototype mid drives now.
Hello, thanks for the clarification. We will double check the specifications now.
1:25 1-3.2KWH battery? doesn't sound like much, I made my own 1KWh battery and it's for a e-skateborad. sure that's right?
Hello, thank you for your comment. Those are official specifications for the bikes. Do you think that it would be possible to installed a bigger battery in such a limited space on the bicycle?
Good show.I put a 1000w 48v front wheel kit on a cheap used downhill style bike.Pedal assist is great.Soon will be 5 years old its my only transportation.30mph on the flat with hybrid tires is just fine for me.
Hello, thank sounds like a fun project. How much did a setup like this cost you?
After i upgraded the suspension front & back +12ah battery around $1100.6ah battery that came with kit i killed with the throttle before my knee surgery.
I want to take the bike away from the kid who ripped a trench in the gravel path and throw it into a rock crusher.
I wish i had these bikes, it'd be so awesome!!! But i'd rather have a motorcycle or a car.
no way in hell i'd pay that much for these things
Hello, thank you for your feedback. These are not for everyone, as only a very specific consumer segment would want to have these and know how to put them to use.
Or, we look at www.leprechaunincorporated.com/transportation/ebike
And pay less than $2,000 36-volt 250 watt ebike beach cruiser.
St. Patrick's Special goes through March. Type "delivery" as a coupon at checkout, and watch the shipping charges disappear.
Stills? How about some indepth footage of ebikes running mr. commuter into a ditch?
these are awesome bikes. I think some of them need to have the battery section redesigned, think street bikes.
I am currently building an E bike that looks cooler drives faster and holds a better charge hit me up at jacob.ortwine@gmail if interested
These are basically dirt bikes now.
People that say that electric bikes are too expensive and that they can get a used car or motorcycle for the price are not considering the extra prices they would have to pay for the car or motorcycle! Things like gas and insurance easily adds up to $200 a month! Electric bikes pay themselves off!
They've been making these since the 50s. Look!
They couldn't have. They didn't have lithium batteries at that time.
When can we get them in Trinidad and Tobago?
I love the bikes,,,i need one.
Hello, thank you for your comment. Which of these do you imagine yourself riding?
Most if not all of these electric bikes battery power time, is pie in sky exaggerated and the prices are ridiculous. Until they bring prices down, gas powered bikes certainly more practical, especially in north America where colder temperatures are normal.
How did you know I came from that
I like the video but the prices are way off unless it is meant to be euros or pounds because these bikes are more like $7,000 usd or $10,000 aud.
Why did the prices go up?
Where can I buy a second hand one?
These bikes have extremely expensive components as the manufacturers seek performance and range above all. Hence the price rag. Also these bikes are a lot harder to put together than a bicycle. I cant justify how bicycles for the tour de france can be more expensive.
Are these sold on Amazon?
Give one friend. I like your electric bike
Cool, but considering I could buy a decent used car for these prices, I'll pass, thanks.
More people should press on Tesla to make affordable and not too fancy or stupid looking e-bikes.
You got the vector listed at like 2 or 3 grand and its twice that its 6and a half grand
Dirk Digler I enjoy everything about cycling, even being tired hundreds of kilometers away from home.
I'm 3 years old/new into my passion and Learning everything that peaks my interest about learning new things and please correct me if I'm wrong but these electric bikes from a bias pov here 70% of e bike full suss are set up like motor cycles just with peddle assist that why I dont class them as bikes and the purest comes out in me if its not pure human your not a cyclist some think differently and that's cool to gives us teal cyclists a challenge pmsl
alex cantlow rite where I live there’s loads of hills , when I go down them , I have to climb all the back to the top , on my normals aspirated bike , it absolutely kills after 5 times up & down , so I thought these electric bikes gets me to the top in a crack & ive burned no energy & gives me more fun , as I’ve said in the last comment , when my legs go to jelly that’s the finish & I hate the bike 😂😂😂😂
alex cantlow google m1 spitzing , they’re nothing like that bike in the video 👍
Dirk Digler
Really like this bike!!

Swind EB-01 💕 9:10
Kits that offer a 2 stroke or 4 stroke sounds would be a great company in ways .
Hello, thank you for your comment. Do you really think that you'll need an artificial sound, when riding down the trail?
Thank you)😊👍
Thanks for your comment. Are you planning to get one of these for yourself some day?
Sur Ron with 8000 ASI controller is 32Kw!
you fuck the motor 32kw are you dumb? just cause a controller can give more power doesnt mean it has that much power.... sur ron is a motorbike / dirt bike with 5kw
Where are the links to purchase
Hello, thanks for your comment. Top right corner of the video.
How can u make an e bike which can run even in rainy season,,
250cc Yamaha dirt bikes in a modified state put out over 40kw. given the gear ratio of the first 3 gears... they run like they have 160kw!
What is the best in your opinion
Need to get one soon
So what is y so e cheapest price?
everything is too expensive.....this is why they are not mainstream....they are more expensive than cars....it is ridiculous ...
Hi guys, how about using Graphene Capacitors instead of lead acid or Lithium batteries? HAY ! Big advantages, check it out. So,so many advantages over those other mentioned energy storage.
