No point tai chi problems. If we love our country, we must put our differences away and come together as one to think of a solution. First of all check the choronical order of events to find out whether the claimant has a right. Why is he claiming, if he does not have the right who made the mistake of paying him. When you pay, it is an admission that he has the right to claim. If the claimant is wrong, get the evidence and get it dismiss and thrown out of court. Ignoring the claimant will not make the problem go away.
International court of arbitration doesn’t work that way. All arbitration must get both parties agreed to the arbitration then only the court ruling can be enforced on the losing party. Even that, in some cases, the losing party may not be bothered and the court cannot do anything.

The challenge now is in the gov't of Malaysia on how to prove them wrong, but the BIG question how? The ruling has been out there & the entire world already knows. How should Malaysia face the Muslim community if it continue to ignore a legitimate claim from their Muslim brothers. By not paying the award worth almost $15B dollars would mean HARAM to the Muslim world, on the other hand by paying the award it would mean that the gov't of Malaysia acknowledges the fact that it's just renting Sabah and so there is now the need to renew the lease contract to continue exploiting the resources. Furthermore, it would gain more political leverage for the Philippine government to meddle and insist its sovereignty over Sabah. I would just say sorry Malaysia, you are now CHECKMATED I think as early as possible settle it peacefully to avoid the loss of lives & properties both sides (Malaysian Gov't and the Philippine Gov't) even the heirs are not willing to abandon what is supposed to be theirs because of the pressure of its people. Soekarno (Indonesia). *Content of the agreement.* Based on the context of attachment of UN General Assembly 1541 (XV), number 4 principal 9, and evaluation of UN Secretary General (at that time held by Bhutan); the three countries, Malaysia, Philipine, and Indonesia HAVE TO WAIT SABAH STATUS DECISION BASED ON TERRITORY OWNER VOICE (FROM SULU SULTANATE), OR RESULT OF LOCAL PEOPLE VOTES IF SULU SULTANATE WITHOUT BEING FORCED HANDED OVER THE DECISION TO SABAH PEOPLE WHICH WOULD BE SUPERVISED BY UNITED NATION; because it is related to law order of territorial tenure or decolonization (on the basis of rent document as a proof, SABAH IS NOT BRITISH COLONY, or IS NOT OWNED BUT RENTED BY BRITISH, SO THAT SABAH IS OWNED BY SULU SULTANATE, and BRITISH HAS NO RIGHT TO HAND OVER SABAH TERITORY TO ANOTHER COUNTRY). Generally, INTERNATIONAL LAW, decision to certain Sabah status (attachment of UN General Assemby 1541 (XV), number 4 principal 9) MUST BE BASED ON ONE OF THE ALTERNATIVES BELOW: a. return back Sabah teritory to Sulu Sultanate as the owner of Sabah, or b. (if) Sulu Sultanate without being forced handed over voice right to people for voting Sabah status certainty, then the decision of Sabah status would be certained by one of the following choices: - join to Malaysia or - join to Philipine or - join to Indonesia or - establish a new country. BUT MALAYSIA DIDNOT OBEY THE AGREEMENT and IGNORED UNITED NATION RULE ABOVE through DECISION TO ESTABLISH FEDERAL STATE OF MALAYSIA AT SEPTEMBER 16, 1963; ANNEX SABAH WITHOUT RESPECTING THE OWNER VOICE, OR LOCAL PEOPLE WILL (if Sulu Sultanate handed over the decision of Sabah status to local people) AND WITHOUT RESPECTING UNITED NATION RULE ABOVE THAT WAS COMMITTED IN THE AGREEMENT. This Malaysia’s decision ignite anger of two countries (Philipine and Indonesia), so that in 1963 Philipines and Indonesia cut off diplomatic relations to Malaysia, and was followed by conflict and confrontation by Indonesia that was called “Ganyang Malaysia” at that time. Generally, INTERNATIONAL LAW (based on attachment context of UN General Assembly 1541 (XV), number 4 principal 9), enforces rule that TAKING OVER A TERITORY TO BECOME A NEW COUNTRY MUST BE OBEY THE RULE BASED ON ASPIRATiON (VOICE) OF THE TERRITORY OWNER’S DECISION. IF NOT, THEN THAT TERITORY IS PERMANENT BELONG TO THE OWNER. Because British was not the owner (rent document as a proof), then SABAH IS STILL OWNED BY SULU SULTANATE (British only as a renter to Sulu Sultanate according to agreement). SULU SULTANATE AS THE SABAH TERRITORY OWNER HAS THE LAW RIGHT TO DO ANYTHING RELATED TO HIS OWN TERRITORY.

What kind of government of Malaysia if they are ignoring this issue in sabah it's make worst, you need to open the issue to Philippine or maybe because the Malaysia government know what will happen if they open the issue of dispute. In historically sabah is part of Sultanate of sulu which is part of Philippine since Sultanate of sulu assign the claim of sabah to the Philippines so Philippine have a right to hold the sabah claim!

After ceasing on payment of rentals, they had even the temerity to seize the land they never owned and appropriated it illegally. The Philippine Government should now issue a Notice to Vacate with a Demand for Payment of Back Rentals!

Well the court ruling already figured out that the descendants have the right.

an international court ruling has now favored the heirs of the Sultan of Sulu, that would mean their claim is legit.
I would just say sorry Malaysia, you are now CHECKMATED
I think as early as possible settle it peacefully to avoid the loss of lives & properties
both sides (Malaysian Gov't and the Philippine Gov't) even the heirs are not willing to abandon what is supposed to be theirs because of the pressure of its people.
Just bring it to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for all of you to have a clean hands whether loosing or winning it, then CONCEDE...thank you all!!! ✌

(Sabah is still belong to Sulu)
Was signed by:
1. Tengku Abdurrahman (Malaysia)
2. Diosdado Macapagal (Philipina)
3. Soekarno (Indonesia).
*Content of the agreement.*
Based on the context of attachment of UN General Assembly 1541 (XV), number 4 principal 9, and evaluation of UN Secretary General (at that time held by Bhutan); the three countries, Malaysia, Philipine, and Indonesia HAVE TO WAIT SABAH STATUS DECISION BASED ON TERRITORY OWNER VOICE (FROM SULU SULTANATE), OR RESULT OF LOCAL PEOPLE VOTES IF SULU SULTANATE WITHOUT BEING FORCED HANDED OVER THE DECISION TO SABAH PEOPLE WHICH WOULD BE SUPERVISED BY UNITED NATION; because it is related to law order of territorial tenure or decolonization (on the basis of rent document as a proof, SABAH IS NOT BRITISH COLONY, or IS NOT OWNED BUT RENTED BY BRITISH, SO THAT SABAH IS OWNED BY SULU SULTANATE, and BRITISH HAS NO RIGHT TO HAND OVER SABAH TERITORY TO ANOTHER COUNTRY).
Generally, INTERNATIONAL LAW, decision to certain Sabah status (attachment of UN General Assemby 1541 (XV), number 4 principal 9) MUST BE BASED ON ONE OF THE ALTERNATIVES BELOW:
a. return back Sabah teritory to
Sulu Sultanate as the owner of
Sabah,
or
b. (if) Sulu Sultanate without
being forced handed over
voice right to people for voting
Sabah status certainty, then
the decision of Sabah status
would be certained by one
of the following choices:
- join to Malaysia
or
- join to Philipine
or
- join to Indonesia
or
- establish a new country.

3. As long ma63, is not complied 100% after 2 generations of federation, none from Peninsular have right in Borneo regions, including federal government!
As the ma63 agreement was between Malay state sultans, prince states governors & witnessed by each state's chief ministers!!!!
Not any mp, not any political party, not any GLC, not any private media!!!!

Let them handle independently, as per Sabah's immigration status demand & territory rights!!!!
Even Petronas has to register separately in Sabah / Labuan to start it's o&g exploration!!!
Not KL based address!!!!
As per ma63, Legally it's a foreign state company investment in Sabah territory, which in clash with Sulu claim!
Mean it's also require special permission from Sabah state marine, navy & state legal office, to invest & operate at clash points!!!
Which is sole risk of Petronas of Peninsular Malaysia in federal territories, while federal agreement itself merely as invasion plan over local sovereignity!!!!
