Pizzeria Flour "Comino" Review.

I went searching for an alternative Pizzeria Flour compared to Caputo pizzeria 00 flour. Caputo flour on Amazon can get rather pricey and although it does make a difference in the quality of pizza it can produce, I'm starting to feel the pinch on the pocket book.
Based on a rumour on Reddit I read, a large chain grocery (highland farms) here in the Gta ( greater Toronto Area) supposedly has the Caputo flour for $3.50cdn for 1kg .
To my surprise the Highland Farms indeed carried Caputo Flour, unfortunately it was out of stock.
However to my surprise Highland Farms had several other pizza flours. I decided to test and review Camino Farnia 00. To be perfectly honest I wouldn't have made this video if I didn't buy the Camino. Lets see how this Flour performed
